Where do we go from here...?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Agree with IU4GN. Hiddick is the man to steady the ship. Alas, I fear we're stuck with Wenger until at least the end of this season.

Hiddink know's the English game, whilst plying his trade with Chelsea and will not come to Arsenal, unless £200m comes available in January

because the current squad is shit - we are turning in to Notts Forest

Why not? :? He's spent a lot of his career in international football where transfer budgets are null & void. And player for player we're not as weak as we are collectively under Wenger's free-for-all. A good manager could make serious improvements in our team just with some fairly basic coaching & management. And making average/shite/rudderless sides stronger than the sum of their parts seems to have been Hiddink's forte for the last 10 years at least.

Even allowing for the difference in international/club football I cant see why he'd be happy to work with Turkey or Australia's players but be horrified at the thought of coaching Jack, RVP, Arteta, Vermaelen or Szczesny. Are/were the likes of Lucas Neill, Craig Moore and Tuncay really so amazing?

It's an outside bet obviously, but given the timing of his pending availability it's worth a shout.

Dream, Come, Stuck and Wanker in the same sentence.

And it's not a derogatory, piss taking post.

This place is going down hill.
