Arsenal Artillery 1886

Something along these lines would be a good, realistic, achievable first target I think; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhZqsT9ihiU

If i'm right theres no season tickets in the clock end right? If so that makes it a LOT easier to start off somewhere like that, and i'm 100% behind and with any attempt of a group.

Almunia is a clown wrote:The club will just be paying lip service to all this, they will put every obstacle they can think of prevent fans from attempting to change the current situation. It goes against their whole marketing of "the emirates experience" & selling the product to Tarquin & the affluent classes & Far East tourists!

As for the clubs bitches AISA & Red Action this exact issue was supposed to be sorted out by them many moons ago

Facts are that the club listen more to one very rotund individual with prominent headgear than any fans groups

Anyway good luck, I hope you succeed :barscarf:

However you are not dealing with the FAI who have many faults themselves but at least will listen, compared to Arsenals board & commercial management department :banghead:
Cheers mate, appreciate it.

Beneficial thing to me is that we don't know who or what we are dealing with yet.

A simple card display could be the beginning of the campaign but what we need to bear in mind is that we can't roll everything out at once.

Moving on. It's step one, we're only born. Let's get a name together, let's get some people on board who are committed to the campaign and let's roll it out on social media. We can then proceed onwards and upwards with a red army nestled right behind us

If we could get a name together and get on Twitter/Facebook and just get loads of opinions and suggestions, that would be a good start.

The Artillery is the first name suggested and it's a pretty good one I must say. There's no rush on selecting a name though so feel free to post up suggestions folks

Why do you need a 'section' to sit in?

What about season ticket holders who sit with their mates and don't want to move, but do sing and would want to sing more?

Why doesn't this group of likeminded gooners produce a songsheet for the game. IE, "...this game there are three songs we will start up regularly, feel free to join in, these are the words..."

Please whatever, do not do that fecking dumb arse shitty turn-your-back-thing-and-jump-like-crunts.

This is a great idea, I haven't been to a game yet this season but hoping to get over soon. I remember being at the Blackburn game last season and my girlfriend telling me to sit down- I was the only one who seemed to give a shit :banghead: :banghead: and as for hearing a chant or song

Think the name "The Artillery" is class.

Good work M50

Cheers man.

Loving the name too to be honest.

We could be a group named "The Artillery" who run campaigns to encourage a better atmosphere. So for instance, our first campaign could be a colour display. Move on then to the next campaign. Everything isn't going to be rolled out at once so going this route could lead to better success

The Arsenal Artillery?

Using Arsenal will greatly enhance us on search engine optimization and social media but unsure if there's any restrictions on using Arsenal?

Any thoughts?

The more I think about it, the more "The Artillery" doesn't quite sit right with me, sounds a bit cheesy. I think it needs to lose "The". How about "Artillery 1886" or just "Artillery" even?

No? Feel free to shoot my ideas down! See what I did there?! ;)

What about The Arsenal Artillery?

In terms of growth, it would be hugely beneficial to have Arsenal in the name.

I've found this http://www.arsenal.com/trademarks to request permission to use the word Arsenal. It ain't gonna happen but we can only try if we choose that name. As said, there's no rush with a name so flute around with it and keep opinions coming.

I've sent off a request to use The Arsenal Artillery. That name is by no means chosen, it's just to see if we can use the word Arsenal.
