VILLA FA CUP GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

We must win this. Our only chance of a trophy, and we've had 2 home draws.

We will win and get a home draw against some shit team which will use the last of the famous 7 cup credits.

The FA cup draw is taking place before our match for some strange reason :banghead:

This game will definitely see the return of "There's Only One Arsene Wenger", especially after the recent Cross article

If it does, then we need to hijack it and to the same melody sing

"You don't know what you're doing" or "He's getting sacked in the morning"

I have an absolutely horrible feeling about this game.

2-0 Villa, like it always is when they come to our gaff.

Notwithstanding my dislike for many elements at Arsenal at the moment, I'm confusingly far more 'up' for this game than I was for last Sunday. :? :barscarf:

Sadly you'll be in the minority of hundreds being drowned out by Windowlickers Corner.

Now the media have jumped to his defence, the "real fans have patience" brigade will rejoice as the Dear Leader scrapes us into the 5th round of the Cup.

Jimmy Krankee and Ivan The Terrible are already drawing up the next 3 year contract extension, and we'll all be able to celebrate the Self Harmer's 20th anniversary at the club

The Emirates Stadium is just a Stalinist court with Wenger, Kroenke and Gazidis as the politburo, spewing out the regime's propaganda about how everything is fine, aided and abetted by useful idiots like John Cross and Lofty from EastEnders.

When we scrape a 2-1 win against a negative Villa team, all will be rosy again in Arsene's garden.

You are 100% correct my good man :D

I can't wait for the new banners for August 2012 when we're getting another eight goal drubbing

"Who'd heard of Van Persie 7 years ago"

I've never seen so many fickle Arsenal fans in 30 years of attending matches than I do these days. All the moans and groans at the shitty Leeds game were forgotten in an instant when our "new signing" produced the only 10 seconds of quality in 90 tedious minutes
