mourinho making rumblings

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Moyes has never had anything like the money for transfers and wages that Wenger has so it's not fair to say he's not a good enough manager or criticise a lack of trophies.
I beleive that had Moyes been in charge with the resources Wenger has had available to him the last few years that he'd have done a better job.

Anyway redmember, you obviously have no intention of explaining why I need to get real about my comments on not wanting Wenger or Mourinho in charge so I'm going to leave this one now. Should have known better than to reply to you in the first place.

i pretend to be sad, but obviously i can't wait till you old farts who support the club for so long go fuck off and support crystal palace so that me and my friends from brazil, china, korea, etc can all support our beloved arsenal created in 1996 by Sir Wenger, god bless him, and go to the stadium to take many great pictures with our cameras and sing "one arsène wenger" until stoke city goes back from losing 6-0 to beat us 6-7, but it doesn't matter 'cause in wenger we trust and fuck the haters :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

i mean, that's the plan, but i'm not gonna let you know about it

Out of nearly 7billion people on earth, I've named two that I don't want as manager. Hardly suggests nothing will please me. What's unrealistic about not wanting Wenger or Mourinho? :?
who do you want then?
Pep.
Realistic, Moyes.
Now maybe you can answer my question
So what makes you think Moyes is going to do any better than what Wenger is doing at the moment???
I assume you think Moyes because of the wage restrictions he will be forced to work under by the Arsenal board but that is no different than at Everton and he is not doing very well there is he? I don't recall him winning a trophy or finishing in the top 4 ever.
I know they were in the CL less time than it takes to say Wenger is a *word censored* but in 2005 the last time we won anything Everton finished 4th

The thing is i have this feeling he's gonna go to The Spuds to replace Arry, who is going to prison, or to manage England ( either way he will get fucked up the arse :D), so that's one good reason for having him at Arsenal, cos i don't think i can live in this country while Spuds go from success to success under an 'arrogant, classless *word censored*' while we fall to mid-table mediocrity under our own 'classless, arrogant *word censored*'.

So yeah, i'll take Mourinho all day long.
Can you imagine, an Arsenal team with courage, determination, actual spirit (not the Wenger kind) and a desire to play for the badge? Cos i've pretty much forgotten those traits from an Arsenal team.

He'll end up back at Chelsea. Abramovich is going through managers like nobody's business in an attempt to win the CL. Reality is that he's no closer to winning it now than when Mourinho was there.

Its such a classless, fickle club that they'd patch up their differences and Mourinho would be ushered back in with open arms and declaring his love for Chelsea

Under that scenario, the Self Harmer might as well pack his bags and go home. Never beat Mourinho in his time over here, and the one team that this season remains in touching distance of us in the top 4 would be over the hills and far away.

Still it won't be long before Pardew and Pulis are over the hills and far away. By the time the Self Harmer quits he'll have persuaded the masses that 17th is a remarkable achievement

If Mourinho came there would be defensive coaching, a new assistant manager, tactics, prob a new medical team, a new direction, a buzz around the club, positivity. Our team, prospects, mood would be improved immediately. There'd be a new fresh atmosphere about the place. :)

If Guardiola came there would be defensive coaching, a new assistant manager, tactics, prob a new medical team, a new direction, a buzz around the club, positivity. Our team, prospects, mood would be improved immediately. There'd be a new fresh atmosphere about the place. :)

If Moyes came there would be defensive coaching, a new assistant manager, tactics, prob a new medical team, a new direction, a buzz around the club, positivity. Our team, prospects, mood would be improved immediately. There'd be a new fresh atmosphere about the place. :)

If Brendan Rogers came there would be defensive coaching, a new assistant manager, tactics, prob a new medical team, a new direction, a buzz around the club, positivity. Our team, prospects, mood would be improved immediately. There'd be a new fresh atmosphere about the place. :)

If Paul Lambert came there would be defensive coaching, a new assistant manager, tactics, prob a new medical team, a new direction, a buzz around the club, positivity. Our team, prospects, mood would be improved immediately. There'd be a new fresh atmosphere about the place. :)

If Wee Jimmy Krankie came there would be defensive coaching, a new assistant manager, tactics, prob a new medical team, a new direction, a buzz around the club, positivity. Our team, prospects, mood would be improved immediately. There'd be a new fresh atmosphere about the place. :)

Thats without spending a penny on players

If Wenger stays were on a downward spiral, no defensive coaching, shit medical team, Pat Rice, no Direction, a cloud hanging over us, negative outlook. Our team, prospects, mood would be as shit as ever. There'd be Gooner against Gooner, same shit different day/season. :(

Thats without spending a penny on players.

So basically it really doesn't matter who comes in. Anyone would improve the team immediately without spending by coaching, motivating, employing tactics, bringing a fresh approach, new methods, ideas.
Changing the board wont do this :)

Augie's dream scenario

Wenger leaves the club to be replaced by The Special One

The Special One announces that The Imperious One will be club captain

The Special One annonces that his Number One is Manuel Almunia
