Not by yourself augie. I'm with you on this one. The BFG may not be first choice, especially the way Kos and TV are playing at the moment, but it's nice to think that if we can keep the three of them fit (hmmm....) we might actually have some quality back-up for a change and be able to rotate them occasionally. Not often though because I do think the upturn in fortune has been, at least in part, down to have a more settled defensive line-up.

I'm genuinely surprised that Arshavins departure didn't generate more votes.
Honestly, with him "playing" it was like having 10 men every time.
Maybe we should have been allowed to select 3 options. :)

Just so that the akb are aware, nothing has changed with your messiah - on official club site today we have him saying that how we finish this season will dictate if we can challenge for title next season (seems like the first 6 months of season don't matter at all to wenger  ) plus we have the annual "I am looking to bring in quality not quantity this summer" FFS doesn't the senile old fool get sick of regurgitating the same old s**t year after year ? Clearly quality is all important to wenger or else he wouldn't have lumbered us with the forehead and park

I really hope the senile old c**t pisses off at end of season

Solid back 4 - leads to confidence of the whole team being raised.

Ramsey absence (and AA23 departure)- Giving Rosicky a chance which he appears to have grabbed, plus a new contract. He is hitting a purple patch and I hope he start hitting the back of the net too. Tomas has brought some renewed energy to the midfield.

I also think Arteta has settled in. He quietly and efficiently gets on with his role.

The squad seems happier and playing for each other.

I don't see the changes have been brought about by AW himself. He should count himself very lucky.

I suppose you could argue Wengers decision to play Santos in Greece was the reason for our "difficult mid season spell" and so the return of the fullbacks is the main reason we are now winning more matches. without this we would have been on a winning run from mid October and have already secured 3rd place

the title was always beyond us after our bad start of course
Love it - back on form straight away Red :barscarf:

He's starting like he did before with a few gentle wind-up introductions but it won't be long before he's celebrating Denilson and Arshavin's return and demanding that the Ox and RvP are sold :D
