Chav$ki thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

This is a game Arsenal really need to win, but predicting the result is impossible as both Chelsea and Arsenal are so inconsistent.

I think that it is fair to say that our hopes for sunday will largely depend on how chavs do tomorrow night - we cant depend on our own players when predicting results can we ?
Just hope we're playing on Saturday. 8)

I think we will win by a narrow margin. Possibly a late winner as the Chavs tire. Hopefully they will get the runaround against Barca tonight.

think a lot will depend on tonight. If Chelsea win i can see them turning us over as well. They will be on a roll then, confidence high and i'm not sure we have it in us to combat a team in such form. Losing Arteta is a big blow but i'd move song forward and bring Coquelin in to play the defensive role???

Now ifthey lose, i think we just may get the upper hand, but can't say i'm confident about it!!

I would take a draw. Keeps distance on the Chavs & I still feel that Newcastle will drop points given their fixtures to come.

To be honest, if Chelsea win the Champs league, I will not give a shit where we finish this season as Chelsea will have proved that financial doping is the way to go. Man City next. I have always been proud that we work the way we do but I now fear that if the fair play principle does not kick in effectively and even things then please give the reins to Usmanov and lets have some fun. If not, prepare for decades of mediocrity. The way I see it we are going nowhere fast. I say we may win the league again in say 2068.

Drogba is finely tuning his performance before the weekend.
Fab played his choccywoccydoodah leg for that 'shot' on goal.
Pen on Iniesta denied.
Chavs to nick it by a goal to nil.

Probable Chelsea lineup after tonight....

Torres
Malouda ? Kalou/Sturridge
Essien Romeu
Bertrand/Fereira Luiz ? Bosingwa

We need to win to get 3rd place because this season has been so strange i can see Chelsea doing a Liverpool 2005 so 4th place will not be good enough.
