Well I am on my own here, I thought Tevez (who i detest by the way) was the instigator in the incident (after allhe actually threw a punch into the back of Bartons head......the coward) and then play acted by holding his face when he was touched (lightly  ) in the chest, if a player had play acted against us (barton himself did in the incident with abou and was castigated on here) like that we would be up in arms about it.

The bloke is a bit unhinged yes but it was all handbags and augerro got involved and should have been booked for pushing and shoving barton (retaliation is an equal offence to the first offence).

It has all been blown out of proportion, again kompany also put his five pence worth in by shoving barton (another yellow card offence) and balotwatti also got involved and should have been booked too.

What made me laugh while I was watching was the lesbo following about 15 feet behind barton and mouthing off  If barton had turned around and had a go the fucker would have wet his flaps

Yeah but in truth I was a little disappointed because it wasn't as good as Merson made it out to be.

He's a headcase no doubt

But what he said about Shearer on Twitter was bang on.Shearer nearly took Lennon's head off which was worse than anything Barton did yesterday yet he told the FA he would refuse to go to the Euro's if they banned him.Pot calling the kettle black Shearer

And he called Lineker a toad

Nice to see Tevez doing his bit to out crass Barton - very tasteful banner he's holding up on the City parade bus 'R.I.P Fergie'. Far be it for me to be defending red nose but that's a bit OTT methinks. Ignorant, overpaid egomaniacs - go away! :cussing: :censored:

I have just watched match of the day and I don't understand how that bloke is even playing in the premier league. He obviously can't control his anger which is potentially very dangerous for other players. I can't believe QPR took him on even though they knew what he's like. Sure it would be really hard just to ban a player from the prem but the easiest way would be simply for the clubs to not give him a contract.

if he wasn't a football player guaranteed he would be in jail.

He acts on impulse, like a 7 year old. Remember when he punched a player square in the chest. He can't control himself, and when he is angry he wants to inflict pain upon people.

The way he grimaces before he strikes :x , makes me think of a killer . I still expect him to be at QPR next season though .

He's ever so slightly gone up in my estimation since having a dig at Lineker on Twitter calling him an "odious little toad" and telling him to 'crawl back under his stone'.

Still a prick but I can't argue with those comments :D

On the contrary there will never be shortage of clubs offering him a contract, there will always be clubs wanting to sign him for being the thug that he is . If QPR releases him, expect him end up at Birmingham or West Ham.

I thought it was quite funny considering it was Fergie who when asked if Citeh could win the title replied "Not in my lifetime". I guess humour is no longer allowed in football.

after his twitter outburst I now think QPR should dismiss Barton and the PL should give him a season long ban.
seems fair enough

People calling for Barton to be banned for a season yet Shawcross and Taylor get 3 match bans for breaking players legs in two.Strange logic

Didnt know Fergie had said that..... In that case it does make the banner funnier even if it is a bit tasteless

Actually the question to Fergie was whether a time would come when city would be top dogs in Manchester.
