He seems to be a very focused, determined player, and when coupled with talent and confidence, will surely make any move within the premiership pretty seamless.
He's hungry to win and that runs through the club at United, so I'd say they're a perfect match.
If you were asking about a more arrogant, lazy player like Arshavin or Bendtner, then yes I think it would be a shock to the system joining United, and they'd have to change their attitude sharpish, but not Cesc or RvP.
I'd also be interested to see how Alex Song got on under Mourinho or Fergie, because I doubt either of them would put up with his indisciplined Arsenal performances. That said, they'd teach him how to play his role properly... something I don't think he has the benefit of at Arsenal.
