As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
When does potential become realised? Rosicky was 25-26 when he joined... he's 30 now... fuck me... let's give sign him a further 10 year deal, perhaps by 40 he maybe ok, injury free and no longer turning his back on free kicks going into our goal!!!
got his seal of approval by the arrogant mug manager...new contract signed...now flat on his back collecting his sick pay and will take his sweet effing time to come back...btw check out the rigorous training sessions on arse.com...water ballet...and lifting weights made of what looks like cardboard....laughs and massive wages all round at wengers asian holiday spa
Rosicky out 6-8 weeks... bet you it's 3-4 months before he plays first team football. How many times have we seen this story before?
You have no excuses now Wenger. An injury has shown itself and you have plenty of time to bring in a player to supplement a fairly significant gap in the squad. Plus Diaby is shaky and Wilshere has no realistic/accurate return date.

He was good last year but still, should have quit while we were ahead.
He should have been offered a pay as you play deal for his new contract - If he didn't fancy that then we should have said goodbye.

Stuart, sorry mate, that just shows too much common sense, as if Wenger would have thought of that.

Don't know if this was aimed at my post but as it was the previous one then i assume it s, i said he had the potential to be an Arsenal great and he did, nothing about giving him time whatsoever, IN ENGLISH, HE HAD the potential but obviously that potential was never realised

Serves you right for going elsewhere when you know deep down inside that the only place where the truth is spoken is on here (McDowell's Rumour Thread being the only exception )

I'll never forget that either, Wenger, being French, probably likes them doing this
But Rosicky is Czech.
Whooooooooooooooooooooooooooosssssshhhhhhhhh!!
No I got it, but did Vieira or Petit shy away from being in the wall?
Rosicky deserves credit for bulking up last season, in a muscle way not in a Santos way!
He fought for balls and got stuck in.
If he is injured now it is unfortunate but with him my view it was a case that he had a long term injury but has managed to come back from it and put a good run of games together at a good level.
I cannot say for sure without his medical record but it suggest that his serious injury is healed and this is a new one.
A different situation from Diaby where an initial serious injury has caused him about 27 other related injuries.
