Biggest highlight was the save Seaman made from Gary Owers away to Sunderland around Easter. I didn't know what Spunky was back in them days but my pants were full of it.

That save was amazing but because it happened pre-Sky tv, it is never shown and hardly remembered. It pissed down with rain there too if I remember rightly and was a 5.30 kick off or something- one of the first 'tv kick-offs'. I've looked for Seaman's save for a while but can't find it anywhere. I look on youtube every now and again so if anyone has it and can put it up on here, I'd imagine there would be a few impressed people!
I visited London for the first time in my life in October 2003. Unfortunately I couldn't visit a game at Highbury because there was an international break. Still disappointed I never got to see Arsenal play at Highbury.

Best Juventus away ,mental night ,scary as fuck but what a win !
Worst Boro away after loosing the Cup finals winning at Wolves then crashing the following Monday 5-0 which meant no Europe the following year !

01/02 I thought this was better than 2004. Sol's first season taking over from TA.Pires player of the year and Freddie dragging us over the line.Winning the league at OT.And we won the double as well beating the Chavs at good old Cardiff

I was the same. Started supporting them the season before because of Liam Brady and the other Oirish on the team. 7 if memory serves. That was Brady's final and was the start of a long love affair.
88/89 has to be my fave season cause it taught me that the team I supported could actually win something
1997/98...double winners...i was 9 years old and went to see plenty of matches including the 4-0 vs everton to clinch the title! loved the whole squad then and also i was a shit hot fooballer then as well and scored 40+ goals for my team, played for my county under 10's and got player of the year so it wasn't just arsenal that made that season for me..
Wonderful season, saw many homes and away games and it was just such an exciting time as up until then I had never seen us win the league before and the excitement over that season as we got closer to our goal was just fantastic.

Was still in school so it was great getting stuck into the daily banter in the classroom. Fuck all gooners around back then around my way - mostly victims and ex-mancs "who now only supported Celtic" (now its mostly manc scum and ex-victims "who now only support Celtic").
