R.I.P. John T Innes,(My Dad)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Rugby

Sorry to read this sad story!

Maybe the Gers could play Celtic in a Scottish cup match and do the Bhoys...and Arsenal could do the Spuds....that will get the old man jumping about upstairs!

Mate I'm very sorry to hear of your sad loss, I'm sure your Dad was a great man and one that you would have been proud to introduce to any of us forum users. Please remember the good times you had with him and carry with you pearls of wisdom he no doubt passed on to you over the years, one day his wisdom will benefit your children. Keep your chin up :barscarf:

I thought that I would post this while an Arsenal match was on,he would have liked that I think.
I will be having one or two for him at the Arsenal v Tottemham match on 17/11/12.

My sincerest condolences to you and your family Rugby.

My dad died the same way last June. I moved down to my family in Suffolk and saw him through his last year of Radio/Chemo treatment.
Horrible to witness mate, and the best way we can honour their passing is to get on with our shit whatver our predicament because, however bad it is, it's not as bad as our father's had it.
