Bradford away travel

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'd rather get a lift from Andre Santos
careful, he might ask for your shirt halfway up the motorway :banghead:

What? Our Andre is a shirt lifter?

Quality

I think we should investigate chartering our own online gooner coach for away trips. That could tempt me to make the trek up to the frozen northern wastelands.
way ahead of you. does anyone know if bangbus.com has an actual bus we can borrow? :rubchin:
Hahaha! I reckon a bus is actually the best way to do Bradford.
national express are doing one at midnight if you're desperate     [/quote]

Midnight Express ?? no thanks

I don't think we've quite come to a conclusion?

Is anyone off here willing to drive back that doesn't drink? I'll gladly sort you a match ticket.

Might have someone willing to do part of the journey back and you won't have to do any of the driving up.

That's my back-up plan, stay in the ETAP in Leeds at £9 a head and get the 5.05 train back.

At that price what are you staying in, the garden shed?? :?

Surely if we put enough pressure on them they will provide a train. I definitely plaaning on going to this with a mate but neither of us is going to drive and both need to get back the same night so if any gooner buses(not the shit club ones) are being chartered then would definitely be interested.

Believe me, I tried the train route. Spoke to various people at the club who could have had one put on with a click of their fingers, emailed people, but they were worried about getting burnt by low demand and losing out on cash (always the same) so aren't putting one on.

I think they are anticipating the demand being moderate for this game, hence the "initial" allocation of 3000 rather than taking all of them straight away, and it going on sale to 10+

WTF is the problem with this club. If they provide a train demand for tkts and said train will be high. Its not exactly rocket science is it. Give something back to the fans for once you penny pinching bean counting c**ts. You lose more in Squillaci's weekly f**king wage than you would with one f**king charter train :banghead:
