SWANSEA FA CUP REPLAY

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I do actually expect us to lose this match. I don't want us to lose, but all the same, I do expect us to.
I'm 60 miles from London but no snow here, thank fuck, I work outside most of the time

Don't worry Lefty. You'll get the floods when it thaws out mate.
First we got the London "overspill" in the 70's and now your water overspill.....fuckin typical

By the way I live on top of as big hill so I shall be fine, it's where I went to school, when asked if I went to a high school i retort that I think it was a high school, it was on top of a big hill

Bloody hell - cheer me up why don't you? This is the only game I give a flying fuck about. Dreading just about every league game between now and the end of the season, have no fucking interest whatsoever in that awful European thing we can't win and know that we won't have a new signing worthy of the name to look forward to.

I think 16th January even by our declining standards is the earliest at which I've completely written off a season

Cheer you up Steve0? It's just as well we didn't enter the Johnstone's paint trophy. It looks like we would have come up against the mighty Bantams in that final too.
If we cannot score against Villa when everyone else gets a cricket score, then there is no cheer to be had.
On the bright side, things run in cycles. A bit like fashion, we might be being great again when everyone is wearing dungarees and tank tops.

You think he'd have turned it around in the years 2014-2017 under the new contract then? :D

You'd better pray we don't win the virtual trophy mate otherwise it is inevitable

i reckon we'll lose and this will be a record low crowd at the emirates - of course the "attendance" will be a sell out....

this year we've only won half of home games - which is fine when you're paying 4 quid to stand. but a 100 quid on a cold wednesday night to see us lose again ? i think not.

and it's on ESPN...

I cancelled ESPN as it was too expensive as an add on to the Sky package.... What's the best site to watch it on the net?

Find a pub , more fun and a couple of pints cheaper than a trip to london.

MK - Google 'LSHunter' and you'll find feeds for footy games each week

I hope we lose to Swansea, we desperately need more pressure on Mr Magoo, also, it means we can concentrate on the league as Magoo thinks we still have a shot at winning the title....... :blah:

Hope to be watching from the Villa in Bali where family Herd will be taking a well earned break !

Havent a Scooby about the result ,Depends more on what team our visitors put out ,I have a feeling they will field a very weakened side .
