Nasri and Chamakh

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Stupid camera-phone kids talking about "Absolute quality".

Either talk properly to them or say nothing.

Crazy to have a go at Chamakh who is still our player.

As for the fur coat woman, used to have one like that sit in front of us at Highbury for a few years, she used to shout her head off at Bergkamp about how bad a player he was on the odd occasion he misplaced a pass!
When I told her he was one of the best players ever to play the game she said "No he's not he is rubbish"
Just bits of kids (very thick ones granted) but why's that? On 70k a week to do fuck all for nearly 3 seasons, why shouldn't fans have a go at this useless wanker?

Not with you on this one Frank.

Chamakh has never said anything anti-Arsenal.
He has never been a lazy player, just there is a mystery as to why he has lost form.

He was very good for us in his first four months, then lost nearly all his form.
It has never been explained why.
Rumours of fatigue, rumours of a sex and bribery scandal in Vegas, but nothing concrete.

Until I find out what the story is, I will not judge him.

Even then, if I was to go up to him and start mouthing off it just looks small time, petty, childish, as others have said.

As for Clichy, he was pushed out by Wenger.
Rightly so in my opinion, but whilst his form was erratic since 2008, he was never a shirker.

From that angle looks like a couple of older bods fronted him properly and he didn't want to know, fair play to them i recon.

Agreed that the name calling and filming it is a muggy thing to do, but would be more embarrassed if he could walk around the ground without getting any stick. Think it should have been cameras away and a quick right hook personally.

Quartz I'm not saying I would advocate abusing Chamakh to his face, but for me he's just another one staying for the money. He knew full well he wasn't going to play this year regardless, as much of an idiot Wenger has been with the squad I doubt he was feeding Chamakh lines about how he was right in contention etc. But he stayed because he knew he'd get paid 30-50% less elsewhere. The bloke has been 'fatigued' for 2 years now and he's lost a yard of pace, doesn't smack of somebody who has been a model pro. Smacks of somebody who's given up on football and turned to counting his money instead.

Disappointed to hear Clichy booed. Not because I like him, but because it suggests there are hard feelings about his departure. Clichy was, and still is, absolute shite. I wouldn't take him back if City paid us £10m. Selling him was one of the best days of the second half of Wenger's reign. Giving him an excuse to point to the Champions badge fucks me off big time, he still has modern-day AFC running through his veins: incompetent and a bottler.

Yes!

Would I boo the c*nt at every oppertunity?

Yes!

Would I film it and put it on YouTube?

No!

I wouldn't of shaken his hand then ''mugged him off'' I would of just sent a volly of abuse as I walked on by to support MY team and not follow HIM about.
HIT NAIL HEAD

i dont agree with calling out chamakh

This is football for gods sake, in mersons book he spoke about ian wright calling chelsea fans wankers outside the ground the arsenal fans cried "OH MATRON IM ASHAMED" "How can i associate with these people, they swear" FFS

I didn't expect you to Quartz, I just get fed up with how nice our fans are (supposed) to be, you wouldn't get Torres walking to Anfield, or Rooney walking up to Goodison Park, it makes me mad that Nasri thought he could sidle his way to our ground and expect nothing, perhaps thinking (quite rightly) we're too mild for our own good!!!

Anyway, boo them and throw shit and rancid fruit at the fuckers!!!
