Great old pictures

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Looking at these photos just make me hate them all even more, Wenger, the board all lying *word censored* who lured us away from the most iconic football stadium in the world, on the promise of future success, investment in players and competing with the top sides in Europe. Lying, fucking cheating money grabbing bastards, every last fucking rotten one of them. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

They're probably all gonna come out cropped, but if you right click - open image in new tab it should show the whole picture.

Saw it & thought of Mr & Mrs Bale Snr so saved it. He obviously got his dad's looks & his mum's diving skills.

Either that or I'm working on a planet of the apes porno screenplay.

Anyone know the best place to find other pictures of Highbury from pre-seated days??

Not sure if you mean online or in a book format MK, but if it is the latter I have a book called Arsenal Stadium History by Hamlyn, which contains some of those already put up so far and plenty more besides, with a lot of written background to go with it - a bloody good read (if a bit of a tear jerker)
