SSN were suggesting that he's out. I hope they're wrong.
Jenks did well midweek, but he's not ready for Everton.

Just by his tweet just now, it seems that Pod has been passed fit to be on the bench tomorrow.

We HAVE to win this game. A win will give us the confidence to really have a go at city, and not be weak like at OT.

Given today's results a draw tomorrow is no disaster - we'd still be 5 clear and city play chavs later month I think.

Citeh-Scousers on December 26th, Chavs-Scousers on December 29th.

We will win tomorrow, be 7 points clear and then we can buy tickets for Wenger's garden opening, it hasn't been so rosy since 2004 :)

In past seasons when our rivals have slipped up we invariably failed to capitalise but this season feels very different.
Im bustin for tomorrow and reckon we'll win easily. 2-0. Just reckon Everton are not as good as their league position suggests. Dont mind the toffees, fair play to them and Martinez but Id like to see us bring them back down to earth.

When the Spuds played them at Goodison about a month ago they got played off the park. It was for hopeless finishing the Spuds were not 3 up at half time. If we can have a Napolisque start and rock them early then we should have too much for them. Huge game!

Initially (at 5pm this evening) I felt the same cos I felt that it would leave us as no worse off than we were this morning but now I have changed my opinion and think that we need all 3pts - one of the knocks against our players in recent seasons is that they lack the bottle when it is most needed so to fail to take advantage of the huge opportunity handed to us this weekend, could have some seriously negative connotations on our hopes of silverware this season.

I seriously cannot believe the chance that is being handed to us this season - I have said for years that the standard in this league is declining every year but this season is the worst ever....ever  I have never been shy about stating my opinion about these players and especially this manager but even allowing for that it appears that we do actually have a shot at this league title  I still don't believe that we will win it, nor do I think that we will finish 2nd but the fact is that we have a real shot if we show real ruthlessness and ambition in January and if we could get wenker to learn some fcuking tactics
