LIVERPOOL AWAY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Slightly more confident about this than I feel I should be, and I don't really know why. Perhaps it's because we won our previous two games at Anfield :rubchin: .
Anyway, a 0-1 victory I'm going for, and I would start Rosicky over Ozil. Start off with a very attacking line-up as we need to get in their faces and not let them play their game. None of this pedestrian bollocks we've been seeing more of recently.

------------Szcezney
Sagna---Kos---Mertesacker--Gibbs
-------------Arteta-------------------
----Rosicky--------Cazorla----------
Ox--------------------------Podolski
-------------Giroud------------------

So progress. Just what we all wanted.

Obviously, I hope we finish first but if you think we'll finish above United and Chavs (as well as Liverpool and the flavour of the summer, Sp*rs) then I'd say that's better than many (press, pros and fans) predicted in the summer so there's positives to be taken for that.
Oh yes definitely, Moyes and Mourinhos poor management and ageing squads are a great credit to wengers careful
Preparation, tactics, in game management and shrewd & aggressive transfer dealings.

Did I mention our great stadium yet ?

Yes, the billion pounds us fans have spent at the turnstiles since 2004 have been very well I'd say wouldn't you ?

Highest gate receipts in world football us, and worth every penny yes ?

Their defence is shite but their attack is brilliant.

Given the fact we looked as limp as a dead daffodil yesterday we won't be able to take advantage of their weaknesses, 2-1 reverse

The negativity is quite astonishing, but I don't know why I am surprised any more. And people complain that our home support is full of moaners.

Thanks to injuries/suspensions and a lack of cover, we don't really have much choice do we???

0-1 to The Arsenal,

We have a defence many miles better than them, playing with their 2 strikers gives us a great chance.

With the Ox Ozil and Cazola s creativity we surely have the creativity to break them down on the break, though Ozil and Arteta tend to slow movement down :| .

If memory serves me correctly, the last time we had a played them on a Saturday lunchtime, captain Gallas scored emphatically with his penis. I think they were three up by then though, possibly a Crouch hat trick
