Van judas, would you welcome him back?

fuck him he will be gutted right now wishing he stayed and as been mentioned hes getting on a bit

Unlike many I wish him no ill will whatsoever ,he didn’t ask for a transfer ,they chose to sell him to our rivals thus underlining his suspicions that we have no real title ambitions, and he was right !
However I don’t won’t him back ,he’s injury prone and getting on so I’l pass thanks Very much .

remigardeshair wrote:I wouldn't take him back no - I'm not in the 'he left for the money' camp by any means, he wanted to win stuff and I can totally understand that. However, the way he went about things, making his position at the club untenable, forcing us to sell, and significantly weakening our selling position, was unforgiveable, particularly given the support we consistently gave him during the rape case and endless long term injuries. Bridges are burnt.

The sad and ironic thing is that a fit (ha ha) Van Persie would be a delight in our current team.
Best post on this thread IMHO.

We carried this devious piece of shit for 7 injury prone seasons, made him a millionaire (agree he didn't leave for the money, he didn't need to), and we got what in return? One season of full fitness and he then promptly cashed it in. I've said it before and I'll say it again. He spouted off about the club not matching his ambitions. Why didn't he say that during the 7 seasons when he was sat on our treatment table, while the club stood loyally by him and he contributed fuck all? Why not say it then? We were failing in the PL all those years. Why wait until he has the one great season and can then cash it in for a move to the Filth - oh, right....

Lying, devious piece of ungrateful shite. Fuck him. He's scum.

I have no problem with him leaving, as i wouldnt want to stay around either, when the height of Wengers ambition was to bring in Giroud, Cazorla, and Podolski, as this showed we werent going to be challenging for the title, but its the lack of respect from him towards the club that pisses me off. Grabbing the captains armband when he came on as a sub in a pre-season game was one such example. Also. ive got to wonder, what is going on in his head, because he gets abuse for leaving(which he should of expected) he decides to rip the piss by over celebrating his goal at OT earlier this season, this is a ego driven moron who thinks the fans should respect him, for having one good season, and then fucking off, fuck him, hope he gets a big injury, and misses the WC.

I'm kind of torn on this to be honest. While I admit that he would improve our squad greatly if he stayed fit, I think it would make us as a club look stupid for buying a player back who previously wanted out, has kissed that scummy badge and done that stupid fucking Bale heart thing at their 'fans'.
At the end of the day, he wanted out of the club and it should probably stay that way. Besides, his injuries seem to be coming back so he would be keeping Diaby and Sanogo company most of the time anyway.

Im torn too, much as I hate to admit it.

I certainly wouldnt welcome him, but would be OK with having him back, Im pretty sure that we would win the league if he were back  :?

He is now 30, though he could still go on for another 4 or 5 years as he hasnt played that much though his career.

At some point as a player with around 200 appearences I guess he will be invited back as one of our former players, though the bad taste will remain for many, memories of bad luckily fade faster than of good.

Dont wish injury on him though, its an inevitability that doesnt need any wishing.

I don't get this view about hating him as much as those two. Cashley was sneaking around behind our backs meeting fucking Moaninho and his buddies after Lord Wenger had brought him back from injury to play in the CL final. His behaviour fucking pissed me off more (not that the club covered itself in glory allowing the beginning of the end with his pathetic underpriced sale to Chavski). As for Greedy - running the fucking length of the field to get at our fans?

Van Persie might be a *word censored* in the eyes of many a Gooner but up there with those two prize a-holes? Not in my book

Oh dont get me wrong mate,im not keen on those *word censored* either, maybe time has somewhat dulled the pain of their departures. To me Van Cuntbag is worst of all and its probably cos he went to THEM i hate those manc *word censored* more than any other and i even include that lot down the road(to me they are more an annoyance like a housefly buzzing around) he was also captain and had just done all that No1 fan shite the season previous,he should have went abroad imo but then im just a humble furburger eater :barscarf:

Joke thread. This shouldn't even be a discussion. I wouldn't want that thundercunt within 100 miles of our club.
