Personally I didn't like the way he went about orchestrating his move but I can't blame him for wanting to go when he did. He was at the peak of his career and he knew he could get twice the salary at Chelsea. If my company's competitors offered me the same kind of deal I would be off like a shot!

My biggest problem is that Chelsea didnt get punished at all. No points deduction, even after they did it again with some French guy.
I can see him returning to us myself, but he isnt really what we need, though the left side has been our weakness too often this season, probably cos Sagnas been bloody good on the right as a defender.
He was of course at the teams Christmas party.
Not sure he will be welcomed very readily by our fans at all though. Imagining him and RVJC returning in one season
