weekend fixtures Aug 16th-18th

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

In which way NB?
In a way that gives me wood. Rooney, de Gea and Mata (who even allowing for tactical blunders has been a bit of a misfit since joining) aside, it is awful. Having kids playing is bad enough, but picking Darren Fletcher and bringing the likes of Nani on?

It gets better. Just seen Spurs' line-up  hope the Shammers give them a fisting.

Lloris; Naughton, Dier, Kaboul, Rose; Bentaleb, Capoue; Lennon, Eriksen, Lamela; Adebayor.
Thank fuck for that... I thought for a minute you'd had some kind of frontal labotomy and actually thought that manure were looking like a team!

we moan about our squad

but fucking hell would you want 3 man defence of Jones, Smalling and Blackett and Lindgard and Young attacking wing backs.
Very Average, United need to spend £150m easily to get a half decent squad

is that just a poor excuse, because they are getting beat by an average Swansea team :barscarf: :barscarf:
What league challenge? They'll be lucky to finish 7th again

well if you listen to all the crap on the beeb, sky and BT. They are already creaming themselves and have given Van Gaal and his team of superstars the league :D

It's quite scary that manure really are a midtable side now. If Judas and shrek get injured this season for long periods they will finish midtable. Unless they do a supermarket sweep before August 31st,top 4and even Europa are a pipe dream.

Teams better than them us,Shitty, chavs, scum,Victims, blue dippers possibly even the barcodes if they can get their act together this season.
