Comfortable 2-0 win with Ozil getting two assists and 100% pass completion this game, let me down with 97.8% last game :D

We have to go with pace up front otherwise we'll be playing into their hands. They have a very workman like midfield, without the quality to change a match. Bournemouth got through to their defence enough times to win but they chose to shoot from distance. Ozil, Sanchez and Carzola could obliterate their defence. I'd go with Carzola, Ozil, Sanchez through the middle and Walcott on the right. Clyne and Gomez are quick but got caught out more frequently than they should have been. We need to stop the ball getting to coutinho and Benteke, who is a much better player than he's given credit for. I'd have Coquelin and Ramsey holding the midfield. Wilshere would've been perfect for this game but not available. Gabriel against Benteke would work as BFG would be vulnerable. If Wenger sets us up right, we will rip them apart. As I said Bournemouth got through them frequently, but they are short on quality. We've plenty up front to have the game wrapped up by half time.

Trouble is Rodgers will come with a well drilled game plan much the same as a technically limited West Ham did, and Mr Wenger will have absolutely no answer tactically ,sitting there like rabbit in the headlights..... except for the amazing 70th minute substitutions

Up front for Arsenal really relying on Sanchez now, i would drop Ramsey and play Walcott, not that i rate Walcott just that his pace will add a distraction to the Liverpool defence, see a tough night ahead, hope its totally opposite though as always

Think there'l be a few goals in it with us maybe just sneaking it.

Sanchez with first and winning third goal for The Arsenal 8)
Why not? They haven't been great in their first 2 games.

And neither have we

I too expect that we will batter them - they are a side short of genuine game changers and short of leadership, and every single one of them will know that the media and fans are lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce on Rodgers at the first poor result. That time of thing often has a negative effect on players as they hide and don't fight for their manager the way a unified team should.

Rodgers has yet again shown how not to spend your transfer cash - the man has gone for quantity instead of genuine quality and that will burn them. We gooners know that sometimes you need to spend that bit more on top quality as much as a signal of intent as anything else, but he has accumulated a team that is being led by an average water carrier and a team that has an even weaker spine than we have

The big question marks over our team selection is again who starts up front, and also who plays alongside coquelin in midfield - personally I think his goal v palace will ensure that giroud holds his place, but I would be inclined to start the ox instead of Ramsey in midfield . Regardless of how we line up, I fully expect a comfortable 3-1 victory to us with their only threat coming from set pieces

Two teams slogging it out for the 4th place trophy but we are better than them and will not be denied that glorious day in May

Or an avid Arsenal fan

It's unpalatable enough to spend that amount of money on something you love without being looked down on as a mug by other fans.

category A ticket prices are an absolute disgrace when the club shows no attempt at trying to compete for the title.

you are paying the highest prices in English football for what?? to see the same repeated mistakes season after season.
I am sorry but all proper Arsenal supporters need to take a stand against this exploitation. The club just takes advantage of so called "die hard supporters" but these supporters really do need to question how the club views them.

I am aware my view is considered extreme but only extreme responses will now changes things at Arsenal

Well there's 47,000 season ticket holders ,plus 3,000 liverpool most of whom will be from London,2,000 allocation to Far eastern supporters clubs leaves only 8,000 MUG punters to be sold to and easy ask !

On a bad note I've left my jacket at home and its pissing down, might have to nip out to Primarni to get one !

they are a different issue but it always astounds me how they are quite happy to pay by far the most expensive tickets whilst the club is unwilling to pay the highest prices to secure the best talent that would take the club to the next level

If barca were really looking at Ramsey then we should have done a straight swap for pedro, no brainier

Anyhow I think we will win tonight 3-2, girood, Ramsey, cazorla and ozil all useless in front of goal as usual so Walcott off the bench to grab 2 to bring us back level and our new wonder keeper to come up for a corner and nod one in off of his 50 p cap
