Welcome: Mohamed Elneny

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He might be fcking pregnant for all we know
I'd still take a pregnant Elneny in midfield over any one of Gibbs, Ox, Wally, Falmini or Arteta. A fully blown, 9 month in, pregnant Elneny 8)

obviously never heard of him pre transfer rumours but looking at his clips actually looks pretty decent. looks like he will sit deep instead of coq, looks like his vision is superb though https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njjVaZbDhsM check the pass at1:14 thats the shit we need.

reckon he might turn out to be decent

Thanks for the link. Like it. He looks like he can pick out a long ball OK & play the short return ball that suits the Arsenal "Tippy Tappy Way". As for his defensive quality it's hard to see from those clips. He did seem to be able to read the game very well. Looks like he has some speed also. I wish him luck and a decent time with us.
We do have another player with speed in the team - pity he has no football brain to go with it !!. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Ditto.
