Agree mate. 1-1 draw or similar. Wenger will bullshit on as usual about our mental strength and spirit. We will qualify in 2nd place in December then we'll meet a top side in February and receive our yearly lesson in how to play European football. Which we'll learn nothing from before repeating the whole process in 12 months time.

So predictable :banghead:

A few tinnies on the couch is the best I can muster!

I have an irrational feeling we will steal a win tonight. A la Dortmund a few years ago. Have even put a tenner on us at 3-1 8)

yeah ...strangely optimistic about this....no logic in that thinking though

Looking forward to seeing Xaha, he was impressive at Watford.....really hoping he is the real deal

so aggressive with a great range of passing.....think he may just turn out to be a diamond

I don't see us losing this tonight - I know how average/shit we are, but they have a new manager and system and they don't seem to be starting well.
IF we are going to be in trouble tonight then I expect cavani to be the main source of that trouble - for the last few years he has been playing second fiddle to ibrahimovich, and now that he is the main man I will expect him to have a good season cos he is a quality player imo

On a slightly different matter, a while ago I watched the first 30 minutes of our u-19 game v psg in the u-19 equivalent of the champs league - my first reaction to those 30 minutes is "oh sweet jesus" cos we were outclassed to the point that we looked like a pub team  We have a number 9 up front and I swear to god he is lazy, has woeful first touch, and he missed a glorious chance 6 yards out that my dead granny would have converted :banghead: If I was henry I would have worked for nothing on the history channel rather than working with this team

#AFC XI to face #PSG: Ospina, Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal, Cazorla, Coquelin, Iwobi, Ozil, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Sanchez

Xhaka and Perez not even starting. Baffling.

TOF should have the prize money in mind:
Sean wrote:Why should the club give a fuck about winning the Be All and End All?

The club stand to make:
  • €12M for group stage participation

    €1.5M per group win

    €500K per group draw

    €5.5M per R16 reaming
That's why it's all the more strange when he plays the kids in Matchday Six

Despite our absolutely fucking awful youth team, we're somehow holding them at 0-0 with less than 10 minutes to go

Amazed that Xhaka isn't starting! Has he been taking too many long shots in training?

Not sure about the Coquelin/Cazorla axis against PSG. Fear we might get overrun.

Not so confident now!

Ospina in goal. As crap as Cech is, TOF never fucking learns, does he? It seems like another cup-keeper thing rather than dropping Cech based on his dodgy form.

No Xhaka or even Elneny.
