Best thing about this match is the kick off time - get to enjoy the weekend first.

If they’re both still out against the chavs we’re in real trouble because Balogun clearly isn’t ready (which is to be expected)
I’ll go for a draw followed by a thumping at Citeh.
Now THAT is what I call Optimism - Either that or Insanity

I see members can get extra tickets for friends / family, I reckon loads have jacked in ST & memberships.![]()
Charging the same extortionate prices for mid table / with no European football as 10 years ago is not going to draw the supporters back either!![]()
Here's hoping that Wiggy & Co, continue to lose more value on their "investment!"![]()
There's always plenty of tourists in London just waiting to be fleeced.

Just think Tuchel was one of the names bandied about when Wenger's departure was announced.

So what are we looking at here, 20,000 empty seats?
Looking at every other ground this weekend that’s packed to the rafters after fans being at home for a year it’s gonna look pretty grim with the ground a third empty.

Most likely will be full capacity with casual fans/tourists/one game a season type fans rounding up the numbers within the stadium.rodders999 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 15, 2021 1:13 pmSo what are we looking at here, 20,000 empty seats?

I am just going to experience live football again after a long time, no hope of a good performance or win. Felt like wasting money booking this match..

Not sure there will be enough tourists floating around due to the apocalypse. I’m too lazy to have a look on .com to see how many seats are currently floating around.

Also coincides with All Ireland Hurling final which I am watching and should be able to avoid Arsenal score until MOTD2. Missed Brentford game due to rearranged Stone Valley Festival. Don’t have an excuse to miss Manchester City game…Gunner Rob wrote: ↑Sun Aug 15, 2021 10:24 amBest thing about this match is the kick off time - get to enjoy the weekend first.

I dunno so much about that?? Aren't Brentford relegation fodder??DB10GOONER wrote: ↑Sat Aug 14, 2021 10:50 amThe sickening thing here is the myth of Lu-kack-u will take on another leap as he ragdolls our weak shit defence after strolling past Clive who will look surprised that simply pointing at Lu-kack-u hasn't actually stopped him.![]()
Can't see anything but a comfortable chav win. Even back in the ass end of the Wenger days we could pull out the odd miracle win against cùnts like these or the mancs but under Martinez-Lite we are not getting results against any of the top six (or possibly even the top ten) this season.![]()
We will stroll to a comfortable mid table position by flat tracking the relegation fodder.
I seriously think if Arteta stays we will be scrapping in the bottom 6. Can you imagine the atmosphere and the feeling around the stadium and squad if, as expected, we lose the next 2 games. Coupled with that, Xhaka is about to sign, as the press has described it, his "bumper" new contract. It is all so very depressing

that would be worst case scenario.....think will be a gradual drift downwards....maybe towards mid table this yearxisstential wrote: ↑Sun Aug 15, 2021 4:50 pmI dunno so much about that?? Another loss. No Auba nor Lacazette + turgid crab football = 0-2 loss with Chelsea missing a couple of more sitters.

Yes Brentford probably are, but we'll probably beat them 3-0 in the return fixture and at some point they'll take a couple of 5-0 drubbings - just like the other 9 or 10 teams that are worse than us will. We'll lose to a couple of relegation scrappers, as will the scum, the toffees, manure, the victims*, the chavs etc. We'll also beat enough of the really rubbish sides to easily slip into the top ten, maybe as high as the top 6, though we'll be 20+ points behind the eventual champions. That's how shit the PL is, not how good we are.xisstential wrote: ↑Sun Aug 15, 2021 4:50 pmI dunno so much about that??
