They have a centre forward - we have Trossard/Marino/& little Chelsea Lone bloke. 3 - 0 Forest sound about right to me, I'm sad to say. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Forest to win to nil looks an absolutely inevitable bet doesn't it

Wood will show how easily it is to rough up Saliba and Gabriel, in much the way Isak and Kudus have shown in recent weeks. Most teams don't bother with a physical specimen up front these days but Forest are physical and direct, so I expect the two CBs to be ruffled

This is a game that Captain Invisible will absolutely hate. The two CBs for Forest are mean bastards and the boots will be flying. Gibbs White is a physical beast too. Our modern day Hleb will spend his time twirling this way and that, slowing every attack down to enable 8 or 9 Forest bodies to get back into their desired shape, before Trossard, Sterling or Rice run into a blind alley, or Partey needlessly gives it away

Forest are 4.1 on the markets to win this - we are barely above 2 !
1-0 Forest is 12 on the markets, and 2-0 is 24 !
Under 4.5 Arsenal shots on target at 1.89 has to be the biggest bet of the lot however - can anyone seriously see us having 5 SOTs or more???

If we looked dangerous from set pieces I'd think it was risky but we've been shite at those for weeks too and well and truly worked out. Milenkovic and Murillo won't have any problems nodding them out

Really hope I'm wrong but I honestly think every game between now and the end of the season will look much the same

Couldn't get 4/1 for the win, but have few quid at 3/1 and few at 6/1 ht/ft.
And I hope I win, cos might as well take advantage of these generous odds before the bookies realise we're shite.

Probably not, but HostGator is likely to make a return for the club. He was prolific a decade or so ago, but whether he'll hit those same dizzy heights remains to be seen

If Forest Do Destroy us Tomorrow night, as many (including myself) are Predicting... The rest of the season is going to go Down The Toilet Very Quickly. IF however our pampered pussies somehow manage to Steel Themselves and Actually turn things around after last Saturdays Embarrassing display and loss to the shammers, then the season Will Pick-up and we just might finish in the top 4.

So tomorrow is a HUGE game especially for Arteta, whom I think is walking on Thin Ice

My mate, a Forest fan, told me that the best team he has seen at the City Ground so far was Newcastle. They sat back hit Forest on the break and did not allow Forest to play their fast counter-attacking football. Judging by Saturday's game and the 3 attempts at the bar codes Arteta appears not to learn any lessons on how to play deep block counter-attacking sides. Don't play 10-touch football, Stop the inverted full-back shite, and use them out wide. Take corners, and throw-ons quickly. Tell Raya to stop holding on to the ball for ages then give a short square pass. And FFS when we have a free kick near their area don't work it back to Raya like we saw on Saturday or let Waddling Sterling anywhere near it.

Sadly I agree. If they score first, we're done and if we don't keep our discipline, I can see another sending off.

They harassed the scousers to a 1-1 last month and there is no way we are going to withstand this sort of pressure.

I'd like to see Rice in a 6 to give us better protection or even him and Jorginho in a double pivot. It won't be pretty but it gives us the best chance of snatching a backs to wall 1-0 win

Raya pissing around with the ball and allowing the opposition to compress the pitch is one most annoying features of our game. Got punished in the beer cup at Newcastle and we don't seem to be learning. This is a game to go long but with 3 midgets up top, Forrest's CBs will eat everything up and the ball will keep coming back to us.

I understand what you are saying. So if we cannot stop them scoring, to Win we have to score more...Trouble is they have Striker (Wood) who is scoring for fun whilst we have :rubchin: Uhhhmmm! No One. :? :banghead:

I see someone mentioned jorghino, personally I'd have had him playing a lot more this season, the guy has an eye for a great pass and generally goes forward, I can't understand that we are creating so few chances yet he doesn't play.

A year ago Nottingham Forest were battling against relegation, whilst we were going for the title - but were a bit short as we didn’t have great options up front.

Fast forward to today - the situation we are now in is disgraceful and no amount of PR spin bollocks from the club will convince me other than the club right now is extremely badly run
