As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I found it hard to watch for both reasons. The kit & the game. At the end of the day it wasn't my Gunners that dropped 2 points to a crap side. They wear red & white. Scum never won so all's not that bad this weekend.
The current team just hasn't got that X-Factor. When push comes to shove and a result is needed they don't have the intelligence, desire, spirit or motivation to haul themselves over the line and make it happen.
No doubt we'll beat City in a few weeks, and once again the hope that kills will build again. Remember when Spurs used to give any top side a good run for their money but be unable to do it in the seemingly easy games. For many seasons now we've been becoming a Tottenham.
It's the hope that is killing me, false dawn after false dawn. Safe bet for 4th ever year but it's just so tedious and boring. Please Mr. Wenger release us form this predictable cycle and let some fresh ideas build upon your legacy. When Joel Campbell is a replacement for one of our only genuine stars it is time to concede that it's over.
i just heard a bit of the interview with Wenger.
he actually had the nerve to say the team was leetle bit jaded.
the arrogant !
Lets look back to Tuesday night. Within half an hour we were 2-0 up at home to one of the worst sides ever to play in the CL.
Yet for some reason he did not make any changes until late on, knowing full well that the same players would be needed in a crucial league match a few days later.
Even more unbelievably he played Sanchez FOR THE FULL NINETY MINUTES!!!!
I have admittedly not worked even 1 minute in football but surely someone with apparently 30 years of experience must have known that was a bad idea???

So frustrated by it all.
^^ This.
The Sanchez injury is criminal. When it was announced before the game that Sanchez had a tight hammy but had said he felt ok I instantly thought "Well, even Wenger isn't dumb enough to play him on a heavy pitch in the rain so he'll be rested." When I saw him in the tunnel I sat there with my bottom lip on my chest and my eyes doing a reasonable impression of the end of a double barrel shotgun. My missus thought I'd had a stroke tbh....
Ozil walked off shaking his head in disbelief. It was hard to tell if it was disbelief that we had just drawn with a shit Norwich side or disbelief that his agent had talked him into signing for an Arsenal side with a has-been for a manager and a heap of crap and average to good-ish players with no leaders.

He's probably never seen anyone move and try as litte as Giroud
It was absolutely astounding that a side with as little quality and organisation as Norwich were put under absolutely zero pressure at the end.
Any title challenger worth their salt would have been throwing the kitchen sink at them, putting them under all sorts of pressure - even if it came down to chucking the ball forward because nothing else was bearing fruit. Instead we were subjected to endless sideways passing with no tempo and no intensity.
How many times over the course of a season will the likes of Olivier Giroud or Joel Campbell bail us out of a poor performance with a goal to win a game?
Just as unbothered as I've ever been in 35 years+ of watching the Arsenal. In the past few weeks I've missed five games i.e. not even bothered watching on the box or even highlights programmes. My eldest gave me the full story of the latest string of injuries, pathetic defending and spiritless tip tap shite and to be honest not watching it is the best medicine for me. The owner of this club has just about killed off the one thing that I used to look forward to every week i.e. watching the mighty Gooners. No challenge to the manager or CEO....basically just carry on regardless scraping top 4 finishes, leave the whole medical fiasco to continue ad infinitum and under invest in the playing squad every single year whilst ripping off the fans.
I heard the losers on TalkSport yesterday morning saying that the loss of Alexis is massive especially given the "absolutely huge" game at Olympiakos. Yeah, just imagine a world without a last 16 pasting in Barcelona with Joel Campbell as our one fit forward and Arteta and Bielik shoring up the midfield.
Nothing to look forward to (barring another FA Cup final I hope) until this owner finally fucks off and leaves us back with our football club once more

i don't care about the environmental effects either, but how fucking poncy is it to take a plane ffs. such pampering of these players, its a joke. in my day, players ran all the way to away matches with the fans, while having a puff on a cigarette and downing a pint. now that was real football
After a 'performance' like that against Norwich you should have canceled the return fligth and ask the 'players' to organize their return by themself and see ya 8AM next morning at the Training ground

The whole Sanchez injury issue has been incredibly badly managed by Wenger, and now thanks to clueless we are probably going to be without him for a much longer time, thank just a one game rest.
Wenger also totally contradicts himself, not sure wether he's lying again or just totally fucking lost
My god so many glaring mistakes, how does he get away with it
