Hull City (A) | FA Cup R5R | Tuesday 8th March| 19:00

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Boring, boring Arsenal. We made hard work of that. We were lucky to score at all until we got into flat track bully mode in the last 20 minutes.

I wish I could record these match streams so I could send myself to sleep whenever I wanted.

Giroud once again playing almost everywhere except up front. Don't worry, 'He's great at hold-up play'. It's like when Van Persie always took corners. Strikers should be attacking the penalty area, FFS! Giroud is supposed to be a number nine, not a number ten or a winger; fucking 'total football' shite.

Typical blight of injuries again; decimated defence, players out of position, etc. We'll be relying on the pubbers from the youth team now, although that seems to be TOF's wet dream. What the fuck does Shad Forsythe do?

We are seriously fucked if the team cannot fire themselves up for ANY game at all. Can't attack, can't defend, slow as fuck; it's fucking torture to watch. Even wins are not enjoyable any more. We play like we're 5-0 up all the time. Will TOF ever leave and take this boring 'brand' of sideways football with him?

At least our overpaid attackers finally scored.

wright not impressed with the banner

fucking hell  spends half his time on twitter knocking the team but never knocking the gaffer responsible, yeah i'm not impressed with him and several former players/celeb fans always knocking the players instead of directing their anger at wenger. fucking hypocrites. the fans pay to watch, and voice their opinions. you keep your fucking opinions to yourselves, up there on your fucking high horses all of a sudden.

wenger out

Shame Wrighty dissed it - saying its disappointing to see that when they've won 4-0.

But that is the whole point Wrighty, its over for Wenker regardless of this performance, we are talking about the last 8-9 years of let downs.

Good on the Banner, but bit cold for flips in Hull this time of year.

Why does everything about arsenal have to be based on the last fucking game?? Ohhh what twats for showing the banner after a 4 nil win. It's not about tonight, it's not even about this whole season of shit. It's about the last 6 years of gross mismanagement you fucking dullards.

Surely waving a banner like that means more when you've won then when you've lost.

I've lost a huge amount of respect for Wright after that. I remember him on his radio show interviewing someone, think it could have been Piers Morgan, and Morgan said Wenger should leave, and Wright's response was "it's getting close to that point ". What is the difference between saying something like that, and holding up a banner saying Wenger should leave. Is it a timing issue, are those fans supposed to wait until we have our next bad result before voicing their opinion. Fair play to those fans, and as for Wright, fuck right off, especially when your happy to tear the club apart on twitter when it suits you.

Through to the next round .... Minimum requirement ... Poor performance... Good support from traveling Gooners ... Big credit for the appearance of the Banner!
