Take that very undeserved point.Ramsey can take the shittiest of the match award but many not too far behind.
The only satisfaction I will take from the game is many, many times over the years it has happened to us when we had a TOP team opponent gets one chance and takes it.Great header from Giroud and cross from the Ox,Giroud should of been on at HT if your going to play two defensive midfield players and you are getting pinned back at least give the defense an out ball.
Thank god we don't have to suffer Mourinho gloating against us again.....had a feeling like many we would lose 1-0 especially at HT thankfully Rooney didn't score....the media would of been insufferable.

u are giving wenker way more credit than he deserves here. he didn't think anything, neither did he react to the manc goal by making those subs. those were his usual preplanned subs, which would have been at the same time regardless of what was going on in the game.Wilson wrote:Undeserved point.
But again, Giroud should have been on much earlier, had he been on, we could have won. Instead we lingered on, battered and outfought right up until the 70th minute when Mata scored. Then Wenger thinks, oh shit, I better change the dynamics of the match via introducing a new player. And what happens, Giroud gets his headed goal - the only type of goal we were going to score.
The only up side, was Jose's face when Giroud scored.

Jones and Rojo made a mess marking Giroud. If you watch the goal again, Giroud actually beats both of them.
We could have easily of won this game with better tactics. Instead, some fans, and the Wenger media are falsely claiming this to be a sign of mental strengh. When really, all we did was ask a question of Jones and Rojo as a centre half duo - and we got the answer, they both got no where near Giroud despite both challenging him. If we were not so pinned back, and asked 2-3 more questions of Jones and Rojo, then we could have got a second goal. Although the way the two teams were set up gave United complete advantage for 70 minutes. They should have buried us. I just visited RedCafe (United forum), and they are furious for not scoring more than once given their dominance.

Typical showing at Old Toilet. Slow, lethargic, afraid to take initiative, reactive instead of proactive. Absolute bollocks from Wenger. Shit lineup, late subs, and most importanly 0 fucking wins against Maureen. Let's hope this was his last vist to the rats infested shithole.
The usless cvnt of the match award goes to Aaron Ramsey. Complete waste of space, lost every single ball he toutched. was bullied by everyone. Forget about the league, we won't win games with this turd jogging casually across the pitch.

Yes, the magic 70 minutes mark. Either way, the subs came 15 minutes too late.

Silver lining about our shit performance and undeserved draw......................Jose is reeling given failure to beat us despite the fact they should have been 2-0 up minimum, probably even 3-0.

When oh when is wenker going to bet that Ramsey is not good enough! In a positive set up. He plays him and everything goes tits. Use sanchez out wide Giroud Up front. Alternate Yes but, not in the so called big games. Get shot of that twat Ramsey once and for all , he offers nothing. What is going to happen when BFG gets back, who will he sacrifice then. This knob of a manager does not know his best team, and best positions for those players. He has players he is almost fanatical over nad others he just seems to abandon. Oh and Giggs is an absolute cock!!

It was a fantastic header which masks a dreadful performance.
Theo, Ozil, Ramsey and Monreal were poor beyond belief..
I agree about Ozil and Ramsey, they contributed virtually nothing to the game, but I think the lack of positional ability and effort of the two of them left Nacho exposed. he was getting dragged inside and out with no help or protection.

Ox and Giroud for the goal was just like Geordie Armstrong to Radford. I pine for the days when a winger roasted his man rather than stop, turn back, pass 5 metres sideways, which seems to be the recipe these days.
Football doesn't have to involve 20 pointless passes. A bit of skill, a good cross and BOOM.

Why Oh! Why is it that Alexis can score goals like this on Tuesday night team and not ? (rhetorical btw)
The man IS "Quality"....I am so glad we have him (but for how long) but he is wasted in our team with shyte like ramsey & walcott beside him and Wenger as manager.
I dread to think this may Alexis last season with us..Unless wenger fucks off and we get a manager who knows how to do tactics, rotate the squad and utilise brilliant players.
I fuckin' despair I truly do.

What the two managers had to say post match:

maureen = http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38038415
Wenker: "We have shown Steel"
