Mahrez is in his prime and Leics have done well to tie him down, but Vardy should thank Wenger; he'll be 30 in January and has got a 4-year, 100+k pw contract and I can't see him being the same force in three or four years.

Couldn't agree more - penny pinching that we have all seen in recent years, will be really exposed to a broader audience if mustafi is signed by another club from right under our noses
I know zilch about mustafi and I don't know if he is good enough or not, but if the club have identified him as the answer then get the deal done already Anyone else see another vardy scenario unfolding here ? All our eggs in one basket and then the deal dragged out before collapsing and leaving us with no back up plan

The management on and off the pitch clearly do not give a flying fuck about us having a realistic chance of winning the title or getting to the later stages of the PL, that much is obvious.
