There's nine points left.

Don't think they will make it. Sunderland is surely a 'gimme'. But the Stokies will be tough
and I wouldn't rule Everton out. Points will; be dropped.

Then there is the culmination of the whole season, at Wembley. If Chelsea play anything like they did
against Spurs, they will hand our backsides to us, at full time.

What will happen then ? Will Kronke really say :- 'Luv you Arsene ! Keep it up for two - three - four more years ?

Or will someone say - 'enough is enough'. We need serious changes even if it isn't a change of Manager.
And Wenger, being the crapulent Toad he is, refuses to budge ?

There is a lot more to play out here. He - Wenger - is far from home and dry.

You could be right Rob (and I hope you are) ... but I cannot see us dropping any points now and I don't think Liverpool will win both their games. Even finishing 3rd is a possibility as I don't trust Man City not to do something unexpectedly stupid.

There is something depressingly inevitable about this. The way the players over-celebrated after a poor performance at 'Boro somehow made me feel that things would swing back in Wenger's favour. The lucky win against City at Wembley just about confirmed it.

The protests have been fantastic and have made an impact ... but the last few results have not gone the way we needed them to. It feels like watching a brilliantly built sandcastle getting washed away when the tide comes in :banghead:

I agree...all the work, all the effort that's gone in and this man's luck continues to hold. Even Liverpool missing that penalty against Southampton........

Wenger's yellow bellied teams can never compete for any meaningful title but when it comes down to it, there isn't a team on the planet that can compete with us when it comes to chasing down those CL spots. They are obviously playing for bonuses and of course to keep their sugar daddy in a job. Can you imagine the celebrations when he gets there....the fact that we haven't actually won anything matters not. He has convinced EVERYBODY, even the media morons, that this is some kind of trophy. So depressing..win tomorrow and you can pretty much guarantee a full house against Sunderland as we roar them on to the prize.

And the saddest part is people will be saying..don't those Wenger Out Brigade mob feel foolish now.

Yea right because all our campaigning was because we thought we weren't going to make Top 4.

You're absolutely right mate.

There are two targets at the start of every season.

1) Get out of the group stage
2) Finish top 4

That's it.

As we all know, the aim of achieving both is the financial rewards. This is why Wenger is arguably the worst manager in the game now ... that is because he is NOT a football manager anymore. He is something different.

The mentality of the players and the expectations on them in the league is only to get top 4. I think this explains why we didn't win the title last season because when it suddenly became clear that the other big teams had fallen away there was no reaction from our team. They couldn't seize the chance. They only know how to do one thing. And we're seeing it again this year.

Top job with the plane, "Wenger Out, Means Out!!!"

According to the commentor,we should be grateful for 21 years of being in the top 4. :banghead:

What a *word censored*. Shut the fuck up. So if we finish 5th or 6th, we'll be perfectly entitled to complain? Fuck off and Wanker out.

Was there another plane today,(at Stoke)?
If so I bet that the Orcs will be wailing of "Witchcraft" and "Arcane Magic" at the sight of a huge bird with wings that do not flap! :D
