THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

This ****ing man lives in a world of his own making. Some of the stuff in that article is beyond belief.

His level of arrogance and delusion is staggering.

And as for the comparison to Ferguson :banghead: SAF won 8 ttiles and 1 Champions League in his last 13 years compared to Wenger's 2 FA cups (which is 1 more than Wigan)

You can tell he is getting 'pikey' when he says that....- He HATES being asked any questions that challenge him in any way - That is 100% PROOF he has the mind of a Despot. Maybe he should go and manage the North Korean Fooball Team! :rubchin:

Yep, this is another thing that drives me right up the wall, this "look what happened to Utd after Ferguson left" load of bollocks. As Jumpers says, Fergie was a serial winner, winning right up to the day he packed it in.....the comparison of his last 13 yrs with our clown's last 13 is a total embarrassment. Ferguson was an impossible act to follow (he also timed the exit very well, as the squad was on it's last legs), but the only thing a new manager at The Arsenal will have to do to keep pace, is a CL slot and a last 16 hammering.

Infuriates me that no one points this out to the dopey and lazy journo's, pundits and ex pro's that trot this crap out. :banghead: :banghead: I can't get my head around the thinking of the msm. This is not a highly complex issue, requiring deep analysis, the fucking evidence that Wenger should go (and should have gone years ago), is clear as day, visible to anyone and anything that's evolved beyond a single cell organism ! I perfectly understand the self-interested lies and spin from Wenger and the Club, but what motivates the media to buy all the bullshit ?? :banghead: :banghead:

Anyway Jumpers, get with the programme and remember to "be careful what you wish for".

The other reason the Man Utd comparison is nonsense is that they appointed Moyes, who was woefully unqualified to take on that job. They could have had Mourinho or Ancelotti, who were both available. It went wrong at Man Utd because they appointed the wrong man. If Arsenal appoint the right man, we won't go into a downturn.

Let's be honest even if we appointed a Moist, we wouldn't be doing any worse than we're doing now. We might fail in a different way that's all, possibly without the humiliations too.

What a total Wanker. He's right if getting the best out of Sanchez and Ozil or Van Persie and Fabregas and Podolski and Arshavin and Nasri is finishing 4th and winning fuck all. I mean the man's a genius.
Somebody fucking end this *word censored*'s embarrassing nonsense. Fuck off.

I've been critical of Black Scarf in the past but they are the first fan group to say #NoNewContract #WengerOut
Not being funny it is welcome but why has it taken so long for this to come out, why not release it when the protests were gaining momentum instead of sitting on their hands . if the stories are true the horse has bolted and it's too late , however if this galvanises support and the results go the way we expect his position may still become untenable and Kroenke may have to take action as he has done in the past as a previous poster highlighted.
