THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Would still like to see somebody come out and absolutely pan him though.

Have you been following Robson recently? The man is hell-bent on destroying Wenger, it's brilliant. He does not give one f*ck.

He is getting really rattled now... Amazing how he pretends to be Mr.Morals and Holier then thou even when the media caught him red handed cheating on his wife! Maybe that's why he despises them so much!

That was only 'alledged' be careful - we don't want to get shut down.

I saw one interview Robson gave (about 3 mins I think) outside the Emirates where he really gave Wenger both barrels and confirmed a lot of suspicions about how Wenger runs the club.

Had that been Dixon or Keown, or even Adams, Wrighty or Merson then it would have carried far more weight and the papers would have run with it. Robson is too easy to write off as bitter.

I couldn't hear a feckin word from the clip that doom goon posted, but I imagine it went something along the lines of,

"Fuck off baitch, do you earn £7.5 million p/a for being a useless mother fucker? Just how long have you been in football you wuss baitch"

Am I right?

Brilliant reply from the reporter - "It's your press conference". Wenger becomes more ridiculous by the day. But, there ARE still loads of AKB's out there. Talking to one in the pub on Sat night. He is a season tkt holder. Gave the usual ludicrous argument about "there's no-one better" and "who else could replace him". Try as I may, I simply could not get the guy to see sense. Seriously, just look at the decline over the years. Proof? Just look at the results. Birmingham, Bradford, Blackburn, 8 - 2 hammering at OT, 4 - 4 at Newcastle after being 4 - 0 up, plus countless more. Point proven m'lord?

Doom Goon

Someone on this forum just said that they want Arsenal to lose every game remaining this season, and they still don't get the special treatment I get.

I merely stated we should have signed Berbatov and that Giroud was a donkey and I get labelled a closet spud.

Why do you look at me?
Because it's your press conference, it's not mine.

Brilliant! :high5:

Top story on BBC. The worm is well and truly turning, the media vultures have just been waiting for us to suffer another severe dip in form/humiliation to get their knives out again.
