Newcastle Away Match

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Not that RESILIANT today then Arsene ? Every team can capitulate but we just do it on a regular basis and it fucking stings like a mudder fucker.

It's just not in this side, to win hard or dirty if required. Its been the same last three years or so, Wigan last year was the classic example of this mentality. I cannot nominate any one player, but again no leaders on the field. I am mortified because we should never EVER EVER let a 4-0 lead go................

Our Rose-tinters are quick to jump on anyone that questions Arsene and the shite he keeps relying on, despite millions sat in the bank.

Come on - lets hear some positives out of this latest f**kin' debacle . . . . . . . . . .

Liverpool 2-4
Wigan 2-3
Spurs 4-4
Spurs 2-3
West Brom 2-3
West Ham 2-2
Newcastle 0-1
Newcastle 4-4

How many more of these bottle jobs is it gonna take for Arsene and his apologists to wake up?? :banghead: :banghead:

Having given away a 4 goal lead in less than 25 minutes, how are we ever going to relax when in front in a game again, whilst the possibility of capitulation is just an opposition goal away? :?

Oh, and any of the gooner wankers that like to start off the 'oles' when we're in front now know - if they didn't already learn the lessons from Wigan away and Spurs at home, and it seems they haven't   - that is why some of us would prefer you guys just kept your big mouths shout with your celebrating, at least until the end of the actual match!!! :banghead: :banghead:

Unbelievable, hurts like fuck, but apparently our manager can see the funny side..Time to say Goodbye, pains me to say it but it was a disgrace to the Arsenal shirt. Djourou may be out for Barca game...Squillaci against Messi and Villa, bet they are shaking in their boots..Why oh why not spend the money or at least tell us it's not there, then we may understand. Too late for this season, except in Carling Cup, but we need a new manager for next season. Arsene was brilliant, but it's gone and so should he.

Sound like a broken record but if we had strengthened the squad with a centre back and defensive midfielder that many on this Forum believe we have needed for about three seasons, then we may well have held onto our lead.

We have been so close yet so far for three seasons.

I have a ticket for the Arsenal v Barcelona match. Can anyone give me a good reason to use it instead of spending my time in a more edifying way-one which doesn't involve being humiliated by 11 over payed, spineless prima donnas and their manager!? Right now I am considering cutting my £63 losses, and finding something more constructive to do with my time! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Dowd and his assistants have done us over.

Diaby was a fool for reacting. It was a very bad (unpunished) tackle from the thug Barton but Diaby knows he risks a red card by grabbing his neck.

We clearly lack leadership on the pitch and AW is inept at getting the message out from the bench to the players. It needed someone to calm down the team, consolidate and defend as a unit.

Mancs losing 2-1 to Wolves at HT but they are gonna lose are they?
