Toffees (A) - Top 4 Trophy, Six Pointer Match Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sounded like a beaten man in his post match waffle. He is spent, and he knows it.

Missus suggested he should visit Dignitas.

As far as I am concerned, rosicky and cazorla can fcuk right off cos they are the flag bearers of everything that is wrong with modern day AFC - they tip and tap and go sidewards and backwards but create fcuk all except improving their passing stats

Again it doesn't take a genius to point the finger at the tactical set up of our team as one of the biggest factors in this display :x No width, no pace, no power, isolated full backs and a lone striker who is actually getting shittier with each passing day  This formation has been exposed time and time again and yet the French p*ick does nothing to change it because he of course is all knowing  :cussing:

We were beaten all over the park today but tbh I don't really care  We will still get 4th because they have a tough run in, but I don't care one way or another. I will say though, that the ref needed a slap in the last few minutes - he booked arteta but let that fat scouse b*stard away with pushing arteta over well after the ball was gone
Cazorla has had a quiet season and he is hardly the man to turn to in a crisis but fucking hell what a waste of a class player. And he is class. We shunt him out to the wing which I don't give a fuck what anybody says, is not going to get the best out of him. Not only that, in front of him he has Giroud (lol) and whichever flank he plays on he has a full-back behind him who is given free licence to bomb forward even though they're all fucking useless in the attacking third.

He has been playing second fiddle ever since Ozil came in, he was absolutely superb in that CAM role when he joined the club but after his first half a season he's barely got a game there. When Rosicky is fit even he is prioritised ahead of Cazorla, who is shoved in the team wherever he'll fit. If he was at City he would tear things up, and fuck me he is a much more accomplished player than Coutinho at Liverpool.

Today for example, he didn't have a great game but on a number of occasions showed great footwork to skip between two or three players. The kind of skill that operating behind the striker opens the defence right up, and he is good enough to exploit that. But on the halfway line with only Sagna or a sideways pass inside it's fucking useless.

Incredible waste of a very talented player.

1-3 defeat?
It turns out I was being optimistic.
I have no idea why I thought we would score

Did he actually say that ?? If he did then somebody within the club hierarchy has to pull him to one side and remind him of his responsibilities when representing our club - whatever peoples opinions on him as a manager (useless p*ick  ), he has commitments to meet when dealing with the media and running away from Stamford bridge and comments like the above should embarrass the people running our club
