It is brutal for St Louis but from an outsider perspective, not unprecedented. The Rams have been based in Cleveland, then LA, then St. Louis and now look to go back to LA again.
That is a combined moving distance of about 4000 miles!

A very different world from England where we moved about 11 miles from South to North London, over 100 years ago.
Wimbledon moved 60 miles to M1lt0n Keynes and Barnet moved within London about four miles to another suburb of Edgware, but otherwise teams have not moved too much compared to the NFL.

Stan Kroenke, wonderful real estate mogul and business man....and a TERRIBLE FUCKING OWNER. St Louis wants to see him burn right now as they officially announced they're moving to LA (Inglewood). The nightmare here will never end until this fuck is gone from the ownership.

Where is The Cook and his merry band of monkey-custards that went on their street parade dressed up in hot pants and faux Freddy Mercury moustaches, warning everyone how important it was to keep Usmanov away and bring in Suck-off Stan? Love to hear from those pasty pop-tarts right about now...

A massive "relocation" / bribe of $580million to butter up the other NFL franchises with a new American Rugby stadium cost of $1.9illion

Looks like Krooked Kroenke will be arranging for the safe "transfer" of the £200 million lying unused in The Arsenal accounts! :barscarf:

Wonder if Arsene Wenger will give us his valued opinion on these latest developments after all he even gave his opinion on David Bowies legacy "50 years in the music industry" earlier this week? :cussing:

Bit of context here:

1. How long have the Rams actually been in St Louis?

2. How many NFL teams applied/wanted to go to LA?

I think Kroenke is a silent cancer on this club as much as the next fan but that is American franchise sport for you.

All ranting and joking aside, is anyone else worried that this might happen ?? If a man owns a few different companies, is he not entitled to transfer/use money from one of his companies to subsidise another of his companies ? Even if he doesn't do that, could he use our club (one of his assets) as security for loans for his new rams stadium ? These are all issues that could affect the running of our club :rubchin:

I swear to god I would rather Donald trump owned our club instead of this pr.ck

I'm just gutted that we'll never get this bastard out of our club. Even Junior is waiting in the wings. It's like Mike 'Scum Fan' Ashley at Newcastle but worse - Another rich arsehole running the club on the cheap (and TOF being the perfect enabler with his miserly ways) :banghead:

I don't know the ins and outs of high finance but is there a difference between Abramovich being the Chavs owner and Wiggy being the majority shareholder at Arsenal? It seems to me that other shareholders like Usmanov would act as a brake on any attempt to move major finance out of the club. Perhaps also he could use his Arsenal shares as security, not the club itself as he does not own all of it. But as I said, I don't know, happy to be corrected.

Abramovich owns Chelsea outright, but as far as I can tell his ownership investment is currently in the form of an interest free loan back to the club?

Stan Kroenke owns roughly 66% of Arsenal shares.

He is the boss of the club but I get the sense he is much less hands on in the running of the football side of things, whereas Abramovich at times has almost picked the team and attends many more games.

Exactly Quartz. Kronke does next to nothing involving how the club is run. (Although its very possible that can change)
This is why Wenger has a free reign at all things Arsenal. He sits in on board meetings as if he were a board member and I get the sense that because of his experience and tenure at the club he is revered by most of the board and some decisions are deferred to him. Its scandalous I know but such is the lazy, cushy, non-accountable nature at Arsenal that has been allowed to fester without a strong owner/majority share-holder demanding success.

But there is a difference between an owner like Abramovic who has waaay far too much say in team matters and is constantly over the managers shoulder demanding success, ready to wield the axe and a majority shareholder like Kronke who sits back, takes his 3mill pa "consultancy" (small beans) and lets the people do the jobs they are being paid a kings ransom to do.
I know Id take Kronke every day of the week but I do wish there was more pressure by him to bring trophys and all the extra revenue, prestige that comes with it.

Remember, there is 200mill lying unspent. Kronke has made this available to Wenger and Wenger is refusing to use it to make us better. Kronke isnt refusing to spend it. Gazidis isnt refusing to spend it. Wenger is.

I dont get the Kronke hate at Arsenal. He didnt buy Gervinho, make Allmunia captain, leave us short in obvious key positions season after season. He didnt give extended contracts to shit like Diaby, Bendtner etc, etc Kronke didnt manage 8-2, 6-3, 5-1 defeats or manage to throw a 4-0 half time lead.
Wenger was here and his "project" had started before Kronke arrived.

Have to say that there is no way in the wide earthly world I would prefer kroenke over abramovich.

You are of course 100% right when you blame le cock for all those fcuk ups that I highlighted, but kroenke has allowed him to continue to stock pile these type of f.uck ups by not holding him accountable. Contrast that to how abramovich runs the chavs......moaninho, the most successful chav manager in the history, has been sacked TWICE for failing to manage the team properly. Ancelotti sacked just months after winning the league. Peanut head sacked months after winning their first ever champs league. So wenker may well be a c.unt that is holding our club back, but he has a employer above him that has allowed this second best/loser mentality to continue and in an ideal world both of these crunts would get the f.uck out of OUR club
