Robben's wonder goal on ten minutes commenced the expected penetration. Remember when we used to score from outside the box? Bayern dominated the first half hour. It's a shame to see Sanchez pick up a booking for losing his shit at their diving. He's cutting a very frustrated figure at the club. He's the only one with the balls to press the opposition. I was worried when Ospina was hurt. Sad to see us forced into an injury sub so early in the second half, ensuring we ruin the pre-arranged substitutions of Welbeck and Perez. I heard Elneny was warming up a lot at half-time, which meant he was surely one of the pre-arranged subs as well.
Their inevitable goal came early in the second half. Our defence was ball watching for the free header.
