The ''no one is coming'' Transfer Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Whatever we do I hope we don't bid for Lukaku he's lazy and missed chances Giroud would have tucked away against Yeovil tonight. Not worth £60m quoted...

He's already doubled the Ox's total for last season and level with Theo league goal total from last season. I wonder how much those two are valued at in comparison?
We are such a joke club these days :banghead:

That said, I'm pleased that both that and the turgid shite on the pitch has already shone a light on TOF. I hope enough pressure can be put on him that he will be unable to stay on after this season. Get the banners out 8)

Even John Cross has turned

I wonder if any of this lot have turned yet ?

I doubt it. One way ticket to Broadmoor for those lot once TOF finally fucks off 8)

Isn't he supposed to be some sort of economics genius? So in the last week - supply is low and demand is high - what happens to prices AW? That's right - they go up!
The man is an utter fraud and charlatan. He doesn't know how modern football works, let alone his two-bob 35 year old degree.

We need a top journo to truly tell it like it is and/or have a one to one interview (filmed) with Clueless and put all the proper questions to the cun.t and see how he squirms.....

Any one of us could do it and in doing so would make (Gooner) history and most likely go down in Gooner Folk Lore as a legand (fan) - unlike these wankerss on you tube and Arsenal FanTV. - They may have begun with good intentions, but have all now sold their souls for the 15 minutes of fame that has come their way.

ALL Cun.ts the lot of them.
I would love to see the media truly turn and shine a light on that cunnt.

As Augie says, I don't remember 'Crossy' ( :suicide: ) ever going after TOF like this. If even HE is prepared to bit the hand that feeds him... The end is nigh. We hope!

I would think that some of those guys on YouTube are hardcore WOB and call him out as a fraud as we do on here. Even if you don't like the caricatures on AFTV, I'd say the GoonerTalk and GoonerNewsTV are pretty good for fan discussions.

If wenker pays 25m for Evans I'm fucking done. Signing Evans for free would be laughable enough not to mention paying 25m... WTF! Can't see this happening though... or at least hope so...
As we all know. TOF doesn't sign plays who are unavailable 8)

I'd rather re-sign Ignasi Miquel than pay Tony Penis £25M for Evans :suicide:
BFG4 wrote:This is another transfer window in which we have cut off our nose, to spite our face. We could end up signing Mustafi, but without signing a striker, its pointless. Wenger, for some reason, thinks signing 50% of what you need is good enough. Then, when Giroud gets injured/goes missing for half a season, Wenger will struggle to explain why our form has dropped off so much. Henry left in 2007, and we have had two seasons since then(with Adebayor and RVP) in which we actually had a consistent striker for a full season.
It's a fucking joke. People thought I was mad when I felt let down when we 'only' signed Ozil and not a striker to go with him.

TOF has left gaping holes in the team for eight years. The old bastard never learns :banghead:

Sign him up Utd. Sign him up!

If Utd are in for him, it will just be like the musclebound kid kicking dirt into the face of the spectacled nerd. Wenger will just pick up his toys and go home.

Those f*cking cheats. Don't they know that you are supposed to wait until the last 10 minutes of the window before you can bid???
We are the ultimate transfer window pussies. The moment ANY serious club enters the bidding, we pussy out. Unless we somehow con the (youth) player into choosing us over another club.

Wake up you *unt!! All the other teams are able to find the right players.
Mr. Magoo needs to start wearing his glasses again. His obsession with hoarding shit and not upgrading where we need to be upgraded has become the stuff of legend :banghead:

Meanwhile in Manchester... It seems that things aren't going so well for Hart. Guardiola seems to be quite ruthless as Hart is not good enough. He may be even third choice keeper at City if he stays there which of course he probably won't do. None of the top clubs won't bid for him that's for sure though.

Absolutely. Unless we are going to buy a genuinely world class striker (unthinkable at this stage) then I would rather keep the money and let Wenger rot.

In reality he will probably chuck silly money at a panic buy and we will end up with a £20m lame duck.

Jonny Fucking Evans. :|

Say those words to yourself again. :rubchin:

Then say to yourself; "Cunting cúnt".

Why not go all the way and sign John O'Shea as well - then we'd have the Manure dream team right there!! :barscarf: :suicide:

That would be brilliant. Could recall Sylvestre out of retirement while we are at it. The sad about them is that they were all defenders who would suffer in Wenger's 'system' of play. They weren't great, but in Fergies team, they were all solid. I wonder why that is... :rubchin:

It's a good point. A pragmatic manager with man management skills can get a player to perform above their base skill level. Wenger has never (or very seldom) been able to that. Wenger's success was mostly with inherited or bought-in top quality players - and they were the only ones that really succeeded. The rest, the chaff? He very seldom got them to perform. :|

And one of the other papers are saying that we are also keeping tabs on phil jone's situation at manure - an ugly bast*ard who is only marginally better than johnny evans, and of course we are being linked with him  We should have tried to buy kaboul as well if we are targeting absolute shit centre backs

Two papers have linked us (and other clubs) with Yacine Brahimi. He was at Granada for two years. He can dribble down dead-ends like no other player and he scored a massive 3 goals in 60+ appearances, so I'm expecting this to happen.

Sounds like he must be a close relative of Hleb!

Source BBC Website (Gossip & Rumours):

Defender Phil Jones, 24, is keen to stay at United, despite interest from Stoke City and Arsenal. (Guardian)

Arsenal target Alexandre Lacazette, the 25-year-old Lyon forward, will remain with the French club, while winger and team-mate Rachid Ghezzal, 24, has turned down a move to Everton. (RMC - in French)

The Gunners may also be unsuccessful in their bid to sign Valencia centre-back Shkodran Mustafi, 24, with coach Pako Ayestaran confident of keeping the Germany international. (The Independent)

Wenger needs shooting he really is useless.

We had a c.unt from Belarus a few years ago who excelled at that - he was a particular favourite of a drug infested mod as I recall :rubchin:
