Wenger has made it abundently clear he is not going anywhere so why would this get announced?SouthCoastArsenal wrote:Does anybody think that the vain old charlatan wouldn't have announced any impeding departure before our last game at home? Said many times before, it is not his decision, he is out of contract in a couple of weeks - all the club has to do is say we are not renewing your contract (whether they actually would is a different matter).
Wenger has kind of backed himself into a corner with his I'm never going to retire from football and unfortunately I can't see it ending well for him. I honestly can't see him going out in a big fanfare because he won't ever admit he is past it, someone else will (eventually) have to make that decision for him.

I see there's still some fucking absolute vermin taking the piss out of Tony Adams at Granada. There was even some piece of shit on the Madrid bench the other night sniggering while shouting "hey waiter get me a Coca Cola" at him.
I've even heard Arsenal "fans" laughing at him and calling him a drunk all while revelling in the modern day shit fest that is Arsene FC
Well they say a picture paints a thousand words so feast your fucking eyes on this you absolute pathetic C.UNTS, you window licking, bottom feeding, cretinous fucking parasites

In the immortal words of Martin Tyler - "that sums it all up".
Makes my fucking blood boil at the modern day, JCL, brain dead, selfie taking, Wenger loving sheep when they think it's ok to ridicule an absolute warrior and legend like Tony Adams while fawning at the alter of shit for brains and his merry bunch of spineless, bottle job, cowardly, pampered losers.
FUCK OFF
Rant over.

Sachez's turn..... So he's off but the ungrateful fans who pay his wages must put up with Wenger, the man who built the stadium with his bare hands apparently. They probably told him they would make his transfer easy if he comes out in praise of Wenger. Modern day players sicken me, what do they know about the club before they actually joined it??

Sorry I think you are being a bit precious here. I loved him as a player and a captain but his dress sense does invite ridicule.rodders999 wrote:I see there's still some fucking absolute vermin taking the piss out of Tony Adams at Granada. No excuse for calling him a drunk though.

Sums it up really.
Still can't believe people are actively defending Kroenke, what is that all about, seriously?!.
Just because Wenger should be long gone doesn't mean no else is to blame, after all who is to blame for him being here?, still no answer to my question about who is to blame if/when Wenger renews (markp aside).
I guess if you think Kroenke isn't to blame you must be expecting Allegri or someone near that calibre to come in next month right?.
Not expecting any reply because everything is Wenger's fault in some people's eyes, I think they let him wind them up, I just ignore the crap he comes out with, Wenger should be an irrelevance to Arsenal 2017.
Still at least I'll be able to relax next season (if I'm right), no more energy wasted stressing about a club with zero ambition, I'm sure plenty on here will still be ranting and raving about Wenger though..

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Seems strange that you always blame Kroenke but seem to absolve Wenger of blame with statements such as the highlighted one. You seems to imply he somehow isn't to blame even though he basically runs the club. The argument is tiresome as most people have said Kroenke's blame is for not for firing him, so I not sure why you keep labouring the point and what sort of response you are after?sk-gtfo wrote:http://arseblog.com/2017/05/here-we-are ... r-sort-of/

As you feel that strongly, why not bring a "Kroenke Out" banner to the next game, you'll will probably get a better reception than a "Wenger Out" banner.

There are no heroes anymore. Most modern day players leave me cold. Self-serving PR robots, more concerned with their image than wearing the shirt of a club with a proud history.
One thing Sanchez said about Wengerwas true though :
Yep! Wenger, more than any other individual is the one to blame for that monstrosity of a stadium, for these weak players and for the culture / style of the club.'He is the creator of the stadium, the players and style of the club.'
But its okay for Sanchez praise Wenger because he can choose not to suffer under him any longer by fucking off in the summer ... just like Henry, Fabregas, Nasri, RvP etc.

So his side are being thrashed by the opposition.
The oppositions bench - Manager, training staff, medical personnel and substitutes decide to start calling him names and shouting Hey! Waiter get me a drink' - which is what they were doing.
Maybe he should have gone over and knocked a few of their preciously coiffered heads together?
But for so called professionals to do that is out of order.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
The guy is an idiot. He abandoned protesting against Wenger, for the FA cup semi-final. He supposedly wants Wenger gone, but sees the FA cup as more important. If he values the cup that highly, then how can he want Wenger gone, when we could win our 3rd FA cup in 4 years, next Saturday,OneBardGooner wrote:Like it/him or not he speaks much Truth.
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
I'm afraid I have to disagree with those who said that The Old Fraud usually gets his contract extensions announced at the end of his deal. As I had posted on page 2075, that was only the case three years ago (and surely again this year). They had typically done it early in the last season of the deal.
Over 1,000,000 views of this thread and he's still not gone!
It's disappointing to hear Sanchez give his PR shite about the situation at the club, despite his obvious frustration at his supposed team-mates, but he's the only one worth the shirt out on the pitch and will surely leave for a better manager and squad.
Well said, Rodders about TA6
This wanker's contract expires in 13 days (320 hours), but it seems nailed on he'll somehow stay on despite this season, surely dropping into the EL and the last decade of misery. It's been a while since I started covering this contract's countdown; way back when there just 550 days left. I hate believing that he will still be here forever moreSean wrote:I thought I'd go back and check the past decade of contracts that TOF has signed and when.
2007 Sep - £4M p/a - Four years
2010 Aug - £6M p/a - Four years
2014 May - £8.3M p/a - Three years
2017...
I've noted that he has got incremental raises each season, seeing as he was also reported to earn £5M p/a before signing the contract in 2010, plus I'm sure we all know that before he signed the contract in 2014, he was on £7M p/a and 7.5M p/a. It's also noted that he signed his 2007 and 2010 contracts early. Only the last one was late and now this one.
It's scandalous that The Old Fraud has doubled his money whilst he deliberately embarked on the failed Project Youth, using the austerity lie and has continued a decade of failure in the league and in the Be All and End All. One CL final in 19 seasons. What a joke for a supposedly 'elite' manager.
Another damning stat is that we've only averaged 72.8 points since 2005, only breaking 80 points in 2008; considering you need about 90 points to be champions The Old Fraud has proven to be an absolute failure. Our famous collapses have lost us potentially five league titles in the Cashburton years and we failed to compete at all in the other years. And we always had the money and the club has even more now.
Coach of the decade? Don't make me laugh.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
ive just been over to the Arsenal website as I wanted to check out the roll of honour, its been years since ive done that as its been years that we have won anything significant and to my surprise (although should I have been?) it isn't on the website,or at least I couldnt find it anywhere!!! is this another attempt by the club to make it look like wenger built the club and that we were nothing before TOF??
