The ''no one is coming'' Transfer Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fuck the begrudgers, let me be the first to give a warm welcome to our shiny new signing the Spanish Jamie Vardy. I bet he's totes feeling the love knowing he was our third choice after Lacazette and......well the English Jamie Vardy.

Kind of reminds me of that school disco back in the day where I spent half the night trying to get my hand down the bras of the two fittest girls in class only to be rejected before finally copping off with the fat girl who sported a bigger tash than any of the lads.

3rd choice....there are no fucking winners there folks.

I said all along that I hoped we would buy nobody else (after xhaka) because it was obvious even back then that le cock would end up drudging the shit out of the bottom of the bowl and parading players like this as if they were ballon d'or winners :roll: :oops: :oops: How embarrassing is it, for a top club with over £200m sitting in the bank, to be basing our hopes and dreams around these two players :oops: Maybe these guys are good players, but does anybody believe that signing these two players and xhaka, will finally make us genuine challengers for the big trophies ? To be proper challengers we don't need more good players.........we need some great players - a top quality centre half and a top quality striker might (and I say might cos wenker still is in charge of tactics :roll: :x ) make us a top team again, but it is highly unlikely that these two players will make that impact :( :(

Yes, massively underwhelming but he's quick and has an eye for goal and can run in behind. We've missed those qualities for years with that big useless French donkey stinking up the place.

We supposedly turned him down last week before going back :lol:

Just got to laugh at it all.
28 next month and he's only scored more than 10 goals once (last season). Hardly an eye for goal. We are desperately crying out for a top quality striker and Wenger delivers yet another Welbeck/Giroud.

He scored 17 in La Liga for a w*nk Deportivo side. Apparently only started playing striker recently which could explain the lacklustre stats. Who fucking knows? I just want someone half decent to keep Giroud on the bench.

We're never going to sign any of the big names so no point getting emotional over something that was never going to happen. Just got to hope Perez hits the ground running.

Apparently we are close to signing Mustafi for £35 m. Whilst I welcome the transfer can't help feeling this is too much money for a defender. I expect Wenger to offload some players, Kroenke will have a heart attack at the thought of £100m net spend.

The Perez deal is a bit unferwhelming, when you look at the cost of a top quality striker then I think Perez must lie between one third and a half of a top quality striker..Give him time and he may prove us wrong but I am not confident..
Mustafi is another strange one £35m for a central defender who is not a regular international seems high to any club..but to Arsenal it is almost a transfer budget. .

That fee is a joke...£35 million he's not in Boateng or even Humells league, but we need somebody Metersucker and Gabriel or not up to it

'We only sign top top quality'.................well just another lie from Arsole Wonga, one of the many daily lies fed to the sheep.

Perez is a poor mans Giroud only smaller, to make the rest of our midget team feel better. We have worked 24/7 for months to sign Perez......big fucking round of applause Wonga you utter fuckwit. Anyone could sign better players than you, even fucking Sam Allardyce! :roll: :banghead:

Perez = The new Soldado.

I really hope the lad does well, but this reeks of desperation.
