We played well tonight - showed a bit of heart for a change but spunks were up for it aswell it was NLD.

Bad subs again - don't mind bringing on Bentmember (even tho I think he's shit) but to play him on wing

Move upstairs to do what?No we need a clean break from Wengerball.If Wenger moves upstairs nothing will change.Knoenke will probably ask Wenger to pick his own successor

Coz I wouldn't like sacking the man in all fairness to him - if he resigned let him off but an amicable move upstairs might see nobody lose face.

Aside from everything else, Wenger does not look well. He's so thin his clothes are hanging off him, markedly so by the week, he looks unkempt, old, tired. Surely his physical deteroiation is a symbol that he knows he's fighting a losing battle. For the sake of your own health, Arsene, change shit up!

He wont be sacked not with *word censored* like Hill Wood around, and Kroenke no matter what anyone says just doesnt have it in him to come in and do it a month later.

They only way he' leaving if he resigns....

Ridiculous how PHW has become such a scapegoat, he was a 0.5% or something shareholder and Chairman, which is just a ceremonial role involving chairing board meetings etc. He has had barely any power or influence for years.

It's Kroenke's decision entirely but I agree he's unlikely to have the guts to do it this summer

I agree with u it'd be better if he was gone completely- but I just don't think he should be sacked

Imo there should be no room for sentiment when the best interests of the club are at stake.

I would sack him. I understand that its a massive gamble and there is no guarantee that the next man will maintain our current level let alone push us up one but things under Wenger have gone stale. its got to the point now where I think we are closer to falling out of the top 4 then we are to winning trophies. We can only tread water for so long before change becomes necessary, even if it is a gamble.

Im gunna stick it out to see what happens this summer. But lets be frank the weaknesses we have are glaringly obvious. Yet our manager nothing changes.

We go on about leadership on the pitch but it was the manager that put together a squad without natural leaders.

Fabs was out to prove a point tonight and to an extent he did, it was a massive improvement from sunday. Djourou was poor, kos nowhere to be seen, what has happened to clichy's defensive capabilities? Diaby to erratic. Arshavin, sell him. He is far to lazy and just doesnt track back.

I think the PHW thing was just people being annoyed at someone being richer and posher than they are, rather than anything he actually did or didn't do. Because I tell you one thing - not one of his critics would do anything different if they were in a materially privileged position. Or would they give all their money away and leave any ceremonial roles granted?

Er, now about the match. I WhatsApp'd a friend about a minute before their equalizer. The message was something like "Can you see the team that can't close off the big games holding out here?"

The reply was suitably short.

But it was a great game though, of course it's a shame to fuck up, but seriously this is the kind of game you can show to the biggest football critic and say "See - this is what all the fuss is about"...

Just got back home after another fucking depressing journey home having to share a train full of Spuds and Chavski fans gloating. Even they pointed out the obvious by saying that every team knows we have no bottle and no matter how many goals we lead by they know that they can get back at us.

What the fu*k is wrong with these cu*ts? How the fuck can we play so shit in that second half? Wenger was whining that they were tired after Sundays "hard" game. Tired? Cu*t. Since Sunday I have fu*king worked over 30 hours (not including travelling time) and looked after my kids when I have got home including getting up in the night with them. I might try going for a fucking kip tomorrow afternoon and blame it on being tired after tonights journey. I wonder what my boss would say to me?

Lazy, pampered fuckers!

I have been thinking this as well. I'm sure the abuse from fans hasn't helped, we're hardly all pulling in the same direction. I for one wouldn't like to think the job was having an effect on his health. It's only a game (there I said it and I fucking mean it, the way some people go on... I love Arsenal with all my heart, but it can only ever be a game...).

For this reason, I actually predict his shock resignation post-season unless we win the league.

I don't see why he'd want to put himself through more stress, he had a go, won some, lost some, and would have to be mental to keep coming back for more.
