Saw that on the news, Wayno. Truly truly horrific. I can never understand how fathers can do something like this to their kids. Those poor little tykes. And what their mom must be going through.

Was this guy suffering from PTSD? He was blown up by the murdering IRA shite in 82, wasn’t he? No excuse obviously but might it explain why he lost the plot?

Very sad indeed. Brought to mind that poor lady who was struck and killed by a falling window frame in London recently. Terrible luck.

Arthur Ochs "Punch" Sulzberger, Sr. (February 5, 1926 – September 29, 2012) was an American publisher and businessman. Born into a prominent media and publishing family, he became publisher of The New York Times and chairman of the board of The New York Times Company in 1963. He relinquished to his son Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, Jr. the office of publisher in 1992, and chairman in 1997.
