Rarely have I been more depressed watching an Arsenal performance.
Last season at least we always had a bit of hope with RVP, now we don't even know who our best striker is!

Anyway I will be there again come Wednesday night. Up the Gunners!
Welcome mate

The centre backs were poor but we lost the game in midfield today. Just as we controlled it in the middle last week and therefore the game, we just could not hold on to the ball today. Like everyone else, I'm at a loss to explain why we weren't pressing. Players can have an off day like Cazorla did today, but as a team we were out worked and that is not acceptable. When they had it, they had loads of time, when we had it we were pretty much always under pressure. Everyone knows the key in the league is consistency, and we just can't achieve it.

sorry but the game lost because we defended poorly again and that includes goal keepers. yes we could have got Dembele, but we got Santi and Podolski instead. Santi has been the key to our creativity instead of relying on Song and RVP.

We played well in 2010 at OT and lost remember, almunia brining down Rooney, we even got plaudits for the performance, but it does not matter if you keep conceding goals.

If anybody gets aboard the tottenham bus just because of today they need to get serious, this is spurs first tough game. Chelsea are the league leaders and clearly by their performance today rightly so.

Baba youre still not going on about Cesar are you, just because we dont have a competent GK doesn't we go through Inter Milan's rubbish bins.

This season, all we can hope is that unlike previous years we actually work on our mistakes, and improve them for next game.

I'd rather empty Milan's sewers to find our next keeper if it meant not ever having to witness those truly clueless *word censored* Mannone and Fabianski ever wear the shirt again

Steve0. Our GK situation ain't great but the keeper was not the fault for today's goals mate. Kos defended poorly and Verm gave away the free kicks

very dissapointed with the performance today...was feeling confident for a change...should have known it'd go wrong.
reading some of the comments on here some people think chelsea pissed on us...i disagree, think both teams were average at best, but this pisses me off more.
At times i thought we were the better team and they were there for the taking but we didnt have the confidence or belief to do it.
The whole tempo of the game was slow and we couldnt pick the pace up.
As I said from the start of the season we are the fourth best team in the country...we lost to the 2nd best team today.
Its the best team we've had for years but we arent good enough to win the league or champs league so shoudl try and win one of the cups...but the fucker will throw them away with shit team selection.
And the *word censored* just won at OT :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

......also forgot to mention we have no strikers worthy of the name....not writing Giroud off...yet......but gervinhio can just fuck off...every time he scores the less likely we are to buy another striker. :(

Definitely not at fault for the first goal - that was awful defending collectively and individually in Koscielny's case. The second one he was very poor mate. But its not just the goals. Watch the game again and look at his movement from crosses and corners - its two steps out, oops not going to make it, one step sideways and stand in no man's land arm waving. The issue is that a jittery keeper transmits the panic to the defence. When Mata had that free kick on the edge of the box near the end I watched him and he didn't have a clue where to stand so shuffled along the line from side to side

If people want to believe the party line about "playing for Hull gave him the mentality to be a number 1" that's fine. I will stick to my prediction that this joker will do us more harm than good and end up costing us big time, over and over again

Absolutely appalling performance from the majority of the players today. Only really Jenks and Gibbs seemed to be putting effort in. Compounded by f*cking Sp*rs winning at Manure. Thanks Arsene's Arsenal, what a "great" start to the season. Bullshit. This will be the long season we feared it would be following the deadline day sham. We are below f*cking Sp*rs. Again!

Yes, he did run along his line like a clueless and worried novice. He could have won a gold medal for the 100 metres crab sprint. Not his fault that he had to deputise for a big headed and unproven middle of the road keeper.
We have been spoilt in recent years with Seaman and to a lesser extent Lehman. But the German pisses all over our recent keepers.
He should have committed to saving the fee kick before the deflection, but all in all, we gifted them 3pts from set plays today.

Can I say FACT?

I dont blame Manonne or Flappy and Almunia before them they cant help being shit.If Mannone was any good he wouldnt have spent most of last season at Hull FFS.The blame is down to Wenger who went into the season with just one keeper and even he was dropping clangers at the end of last season.

And how many years have we known there has been a goalkeeping issue. But what would we know mate? The Coach of the Decade has all the answers

Poor Red was banned for less wumming than you Bababaiters. :(

No he wasnt.

Red is on the afc forum now where he has already being described as naive and it wont be long b4 he gets the boot off there.Babas a big boy im sure he doesnt need you to hold his hand.Should we all bow down to him when he posts when we dont agree with him  Maybe thts the kind of person you are.We all post stuff that might be wrong and least we have the balls to say we got it wrong something mouth almighty doesnt have the backbone to do.
I dont care what baba says. And not holding hand.
But the FACT! remains you post more about him than you do about Arsenal and like Red Member it ruins almost every thread. And its just as boring as what you accuse Baba of.... endless, repetitive, samey, stupid, childish shit :(
FACT!
