Hull City (A) | FA Cup R5R | Tuesday 8th March| 19:00

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

the golden rule: the media can mock wenger and the club's underachieving, but the fans aren't allowed to demand change

sorry to have offended bt sports, who revel in kicking us while we're down.

glad we won anyway, we were shite but still made it through easily. lets beat watford and make another semi final :barscarf:

The story is pretty much the same in all the toilet papers, but this one takes the award for now:

I have always said that wrighty is as think as shit but have been slated for doing so - the man had outstanding football instincts on the pitch, but off the pitch he came across as a brainless fool who couldn't hold any sort of a conversation and covered it up by playing the idiot

It wasn't premature, it was the perfect time to unveil the banner after a win.

I've said it before and I'll say it again..I like Arsene as a man but don't like him as our manager.

Ian Wright just took a steaming dump on one of the guys who brought the banner.

Ian Wright ‏''I'll disrespect you all day long unfurling your muggy banner after a 4-0 win and plenty enough games left in the league. (Bellend)''

Judging by the reaction, the Wenger acolytes have crawled out of the woodwork en masse.

There goes the last bit of respect I had for another club legend.

Why can't Walcott finish like that in other games?

3 injuries in one game is a (predictable) joke at this stage of the season, but hopefully Walcott and Giroud have played themselves back into a bit of confidence / goalscoring form.

Although I won't hold my breath, I maintain that Hull are absolute dogshit, we should've beaten them 4-0 in the home game with the chances we had, if that's the standard that's close to coming back up then Villa / Newcastle won't have too many problems down there.

I really wish club legends would refrain from abusing fans on twatter.

Ian abusing a fan that goes to all matches, home and away.._

pretty appalling. our fanbase is becoming fucking toxic. However you feel about wenger or the banner, critisizing the fans that took 2 days off work to support THE PLAYERS and display that banner tonight is pathetic. Especially from the comfort of your own living rooms

Ridiculous, childish article.

What's the point of a journalist who goes into writing an article with such a closed mind? No attempt whatsoever to tackle the reasons behind the banner. Pathetic waste of space from someone who clearly has no respect for their own profession.

Hoe many times has Wright lashed out at the club, and suggested Wenger should go, yet when it suits him he will defend Wenger and lash out at a fan who attends every game. At least the likes of Keown are consistently pro-Wenger, and don't flip flop whenever it suits them. No wonder he got a job on a shitty channel like BT.

I said it before Journos are arseholes and they have done this before. They can criticise Arsene when they want, but if fans do it, they're impatient and impulsive.

Ignore these guys, if they bothered to ask the fans why they want him gone, they would struggle to argue back.

Seems like everybody is so attached to Wenger they panic at the thought of the end of his tenure.

Has this been hailed as his greatest victory yet and shows he's still the right man for the job?
