Having dealt with the Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain situation, the Arsenal manager was asked if he saw more outgoings than incomings.
“Both will happen,” he said before correcting himself and saying, “Both can happen.
“It depends how many players will go to see if we can bring another in. You’re on alert in the final seven days and everybody gets agitated and the phones ring more often than before.

He has no management instinct, he's obsessed with himself and I honestly think he let these problems creep up over a number of months as a way of potentially sabotaging things for the next manager if he had been booted out at the end of last season. These problems are all of his making as it's been firmly established by him, that he is accountable to nobody and has control over everything at the club. If things have happened, he's to blame for them. He is completely incompetent and negligent on so many levels it's now beyond a joke and beyond even surprising most people now.

Although it is likely to be slow burn i do feel that more and more pundits are begining to ask questions about his 'pearls of wisdom' between themselves on various talkshhows etc however what is really needed is for the journalists to really ask direct questions of him, i can't honestly ever remember a single journo bringing up and questioning his blatant lies or misdirections in a presser or interview.
