I hope the other bums under Waterloo bridge aren't molesting him while he's sprawled out lying in his own piss again. :(

I told you people about a month ago that Gervinho is the Ivorian Glenn Helder. He's a headless chicken and had a reputation for being brainless at Lille. Shit first touch, no awareness. As I said the fact he is an average French-African desperate to join Arsenal says everything about his quality. He's got far less caps than Eboue ffs!
As for Chamakh pfffft....

Leats he looks a bit threatening down that wing. One thing though, he needs to up his work rate, he stops a lot.

I think this is 1 points gained rather than 2 points dropped. It's always frustrating to drop points at the end, but as you said, it was pretty unfair to Dortmund that we were up 1-0 in the first place. I think this is the toughest match we have in the group stage, so we've got that behind us now and are ready to move on.

And I must have a blind spot, because I thought Gibbs was quite good today, and I really think he's been pretty solid all season long.

I thought Gibbs was pretty decent also. Thats 2 games in a row now and no injuries. unheard of for an arsenal player ha ha. I hope he keeps it up as he is reminding me more and more of a young ashley cole (*word censored*) the way he runs up the wing and cuts in to quite good effect. I can see him creating quite a few goals this season with those. Something we definitly missed with Clichy.

On a side note, I know he was only on the pitch for about 5 minutes so its pretty early to judge, but in those 5 mins I really wasnt impressed with Santos. I think he gave away a silly free kick in a dangerous position and he looked pretty sloppy with his passing and positioning. Keep my eye on him me thinks.

If he's slow against guys who have been running for 85 minutes, I can't wait to see what he'll look like when he starts...

It was a poor sub choice though, in all honesty. He's not ready to play, let alone be thrown in the deep end.

Yeah agreed, with Dortmund pressing and our lads holding out, to bring a player on for the last six or seven minutes and expect them to instantly be up to the pace of the game is unreasonable IMO.
