FACT - Ruiz was flagged offside when he was a good yard onside and was then tackled anyway as far as I remember

FACT - the Sunderland player was offside when he scored against City yesterday and I'm sure a good few of their fans are still fuming about it and rightly so. Bet none are blaming the defeat on the Manager.....

FACT - we got a penalty at Villa that many a ref would not have awarded. I thought it was a good call. Don't think Villa had reason to complain.

FACT - referees make mistakes. Get over it. Sure I'll get over it. But I think Wenger is correct in saying that the refereeing mistakes cost us 3 points today.

FACT - it doesn't go against Arsenal any more than any other team. You may be right, but can't recall many in our favour of late that have actually earned us points whereas the penalties denied at Blackburn and Fulham definitely have. Think I also remember a dodgy offside preventing us winning 5-4 at Newcastle last season.....

I've just realised that Tottenham play three league games before our next league game away at Swansea on January 15.

They're at home in all three, to WBA, Everton and Wolves, and if they win all of them, we'll be 12 points behind them by the time the inevitable Swansea defeat rolls around.

Chesney could easily (and probably should) have been sent off at Chelsea almost certainly denying us 3 points. Even he admits it

I think we chose to feel aggreived when it happens to us.

As for the comment regarding City and the manager, would you expect them to be complaining about him when he just won them their first cup since 1976 and has them top of the league for the first time in 40 odd years?

Bit of a difference moaning about one defeat, and us having to listen to the same old shite for the umpteenth time in the umpteenth season. Have you read some of the post match gems from the GIC - could have been from a number of games over the past 5 years:

The referee had a massive influence on the game like that
We had the chances to kill the game off before that and to win
Nothing went for us from the referee today, nothing at all.

Perhaps if Man City fans were listening to Mancini tripping out that shite after six trophyless years they might be "moaning about the manager"......

They do, but on the weekend of Jan 14/15 they play their game on the Saturday, whereas our trip to Swansea is on the Sunday.

Macini didn't wind Man City their first trophy. The Â£400 million of petrodollars won them the trophy.

Two facts, without the money

And without David Dein, Wenger would not be our manager. Without Herbert Chapman we may never have become a major club in England.

And your point is what? Of course the money for City has played a major role. My point is that history has taken its course, Mancini is their manager and why would a City fan currently complain about the job he's doing?

I can't have the excuse that the ref influenced the game, braindead Djourou got booked then did his best to get a second yellow, sometimes you got to look a little closer to home, if you give the ref a chance to influence the game then he will.

Just seen Wenger on Sky at the press conference, he said he saw the sending off coming, beggars belief, why not throw Miquel on then and take the liability off? Coquelin could have gone to RB.

This defeat is the most annoying of them all I think as we were in complete control in the first half.

From 1-0 up an crusing to being murdered all over the pitch in one easy team talk.

Although the game turned on Djourou's sending off, Fulham were murdering us 11 v 11 all through the second half.
