Abou Diaby - Injuries Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Diaby has to go to save his own career. He is damaged beyond repair. He only took a shot this time !!!!!!

The central midfield three of Arteta, Jack and Cazorla looks to be a really top midfield unit. For the first time since Cesc and Nasri left, I'm a bit worried about how we're going to include them all plus the Imperious Abou when he returns. Nice problem to have but I don't want to see our modern day Invincible stuck out wide again :(

We have progress - even Steve o is now accepting that permanent injured diaby will be a bit part player :barscarf: :barscarf:

Now now, my friend.....just expressing some concern that Wenger will try and make our talisman play out wide on the right again, especially when your little mate Walcott leaves

Santi will need a good rest soon so the natural decision would be to put the great Abou into the attacking midfield role with Arteta and Jack behind - a seamless transition from one very good player to another.

He took a shot on the 29th September and hasn't been seen since. I predict that the next time he plays (2016) and takes a strike he will spontaneously combust.

And we will be rid of the bean headed sick note foever :barscarf:

The "natural decision" would have been to put diaby down a long time ago like a horse that is inj beyond repair - I know you would be devastated in the short term but just think how we could use that insurance money to give new contracts to Wally and his lightweight buddies

There's a wild fury that rises up inside me on the very rare occasions I get to see his patched up carcass trudging around the pitch.

I look at his bean shaped gormless head and all I can see is 80 grand a week being shat down the toilet on his medical bills. A complete waste of money, a complete waste of space and dare I say it a complete waste of his old man's jism :banghead:

What if it was announced on the same day that both Diaby AND Wenger were gone? You're head would probably explode from it all. :barscarf:
