As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
If the filth do win the title - Wenger will find some more poor ass lame excuses about injuroes - too many games - He is the equivalent of a Snake Oil Salesman in the days of the wild west....
I'll be honest much as i'd like to be as certain as SteveO and DB10, my arse is beginning to get a little twitchy, yes City have an easier run in but they've been blowing hot and cold since before they played us, on the other hand i keep expecting the wheels to come of the fcuking Spuds and Leicester and it still hasn't happened.
11 games to go, i'm not pinning it on anyone yet but i am getting nervous

Watching their 2nd goal go in yesterday had a real winning the league feel about it and I am really terrified that it is gonna happen I would love to see Leicester win it but that aint gonna happen, so basically I am depending on an inconsistent citeeh to save the day and I wouldn't put a £5 on them to win it Personally I reckon the victims will do them tomorrow night (watch how the rehab'd sturridge plays the hero tomorrow night when the pressure isn't on and he isn't cramping up the poor little mite ) and yaya will revert to the "couldn't give a flying fuk" fat *word censored* that he has been for the last few months
The *word censored* have the best defensive record and the best goal diff in the league..both very telling factors usually They have hunger desire and to quote le bumhole mental strength in abundance we can only hope the wheels fall off or that leicester keep it up (they surely wont) How ironic that in all the years weve finished above them weve secured only champ lge since our last title. In the year that matters most it looks like they will go on and win it im resigned to it.
Well we are NOT going to win it so i think it can only be between City, Leicester and the spuds unfortunately. As a few have said i likewise think the wheels will come off for Leicester although i have been thinking that for a number of weeks and its not materialized yet but i think it will happen. So that leaves spuds and City and although current form unfortunately suggests spuds i think after yesterdays cup win City will have a little more energy about them in the next few weeks and if they can nick a win off Liverpool on Wednesday they then have winnable games against Villa and Norwich followed by a home derby against United that i expect them to win.
With that in mind my money is still on City, so as bad as Arsenal are at the minute and as down as we all are about how bad our Arsenal are, lets not make matters worse by convincing ourselves that the spuds are gonna win the title.
We have always been better than Spurs. In fact I found us very similar - good footballing sides with a soft underbelly and known to falter when it matters most. Although we always had more quality and would finish above them. I still think we have more quality. However, they havent surpassed us this season by playing better football, but they are mentally strong and resilient, and can overcome adversary and cope with pressure.
Everything about them is fresh. The manager is young, the players are young. When they sense an opportunity, they attack it with vigorous enthusiasm. We on the other hand, when presented with opportunity, freeze under the heightened stakes. They have literally became what we have needed to be in order to become champions - which is mentally strong.
They have a vastly superior manager in Pochettino. He is turning Tottenham into Englands version of Atletico Madrid - a no nonsense team devoid of any real stars, but through organisation, commitment, sprinkled with that bit of quality, are a machine that works week to week. Pochettino is every bit as effective and worthy of praise as Diego Simeone. No doubt in my mind Pochettino is better than Wenger.
In contrast to Spurs fresh appeal. We have a board that continues to unconditionally support a manager who cannot offer any fresh ideas, and cannot find a reason for why his teams across 10 years have failed to close out winning positions. The fact that we have had problems with coping with pressure since 2007, ensures there is something about Wenger's management that ensures our players cannot cope with expectation and pressure. I personally think Wenger baby's the players and never holds them accountable. They thus become soft. So it can be no surprised our bottled baby's fail against hardened men.

I'm sure he'll be on here come May then.....along with everyone else desperate to be proved right.
Lets see how that lot go tomorrow night at West Ham if they have a chance to go top. I'm sure their biggest fans will be on here to rub my nose in it if they do go top
Well well.....the opportunity everyone has been desperately waiting for has arrived. Spuds big chance to go top of the league tomorrow, playing at the home of one of their biggest rivals.
I'm sure the Gator will appear in a white and blue scarf tomorrow if they win
Im fcuking shitting myself that the deluded fools from the swamp are not only gonna go top tomorrow but stroll on to take the fcuking title as well .....Its time for ALL Gooners to become a part-time pikey tomorrow !....Coz i just cant see us getting a sniff down the swamp at the weekend .
Yes, they're a bunch of horrible *word censored*. But, looking at it objectively, could you begrudge them the title? Up until this point at least, they've been everything we havent..... Consistent, hungry, together, decent manager, mental spirit.
Fuck them though, I hope the last quarter of their season turns out to be a total train wreck.
