I am seriously considering whether it's time to lock this thread now. It seems to no longer be about the match, but rather an elongated personal argument.

the following is from an e-mial from judith Gleiber which I have forwarded to moderators with links.

I will not post the links here as I will not have my opersonal e-mail hijacked..

First on my banning he is a listing of the my bad behavior

You ask what forum rule that you have been in violation of. Well I have looked at the rules and it would seem that they are either incomplete or simply not explicit enough. By the exact words contained within you are not in contravention of any of those listed specifically.

The need to check the rules this closely has not arisen before. However it would seem that they fall well short of what is required if challenged.

So I broke no forum rules. The funny thing is while LTG passionaltely states a need to update and expand the rules to address my situation in 2007 three years later and modertors still get taunted about how long the new rules are taking to be written, and not a sinle word or punctuation in the rules has been changed despite LTG's insistence they needed to be.

As to Mrs Gleiber's infamous words, again taken completely out of context. They were uttered fully a year later when my banning was still a matter of such intensity between forum members and the moderators that it threatened the forum's survival. I had been told by another forum memberat the beginning of this Mrs Gleiber had said in fact this would not even have happened if Steve had still been running the forum then.

But what Mrs Gleiber later said to me may be more telling

I do not interfere with the running of the forum, number one because I don't have any knowledge of the web nor Arsenal, number
two because I can see that any changes they make are only in the interest of the long life of the site and to make it easier and more
enjoyable for all the forumites, plus I have the highest regard and thanks for every one of them!

So I think its clear as anyone who may read the forum would know from that time that she acted in the best interests of the forum and was not necessarily stating the facts. She was porotecting the forum and the moderators who had served to keep the forum and thus Steve alive which I wouldn't criticize her for at all.

And Olgit if she might have been dishonest with me to spare my feelings it is certainly possible she was possibly being dishonest to protect her moderators from severe criticism.

You shouild have spoken to me but you didn't give a damn abiout the real facts you though you had proof you were right. The truth didn't and doesn't matter to you. Must make you proud to know lying is the best you can do.

Well I forwarded the pertinent facts. I am entitled to at least some acknowledgement that in fact he deliberately took these things out of context, no?

I understand where you are coming from but that is bang out-of-order what he did.

If someone would just confirm his version of that facts is in fact incomplete as well as inaccurate I'd be done. I forwarded e-mail links to you. He wants to call me a *word censored* and scream thread hijack or whatever fine. But this is just wrong because it simply did not happen the way he portrays it or for the reasons he would like to portray.

What if I found out Olgit got rung up for a crime he didn't commit but just posted that he got rung up for the crime and implied he was guilty - only he wasn't actually guilty and knew it? Same principle.

You see, that's where I disagree. I could be wrong but I don't believe olgitgooner did 'deliberately' take things out of context. It's very easy to see how he could have come to that conclusion from just what was on that thread - which if memory serves me right, you invited people to look at.

Okay very simple - as I conveyed to you there are some critical details he was not aware of and as I suggested earlier he should at least have had the integrity to find those details out Tony, which he easily could have done by asking me, or by reading the forum during the period in question which if he did he would have seen that the context in which he sought to present things was incorrect.

I would also note that I communicated this and much of the very same information I forwarded to you(but without the e-mail links) when he first posted this so it is not as though he hasn't ignored the facts to to make the story represent his opinion rather than what actually did occur. He could have corrected this now but chose not to because the truth doesn't support what he wants or wants other people to believe. If he didn't deliberately take it out of context initially he certainly has done today. And if he is willing to that today that would suggest he was willing to do that then as well.

Just for the record if you actually read that forum you'd know there are no "threads' just one long continuous supporters forum that veers in and out of all things concerning the forum members football and otherwise and always has been that way. They experimented with this format awhile but it failed badly. There three sub sections but 90-99% of all discussion of all matters happens within that single continuous supporters forum. There is no thread hijacking at all or there is constant thread hijacking by every member virtually every post the way that forum operates

As for abusing members trust me I have heaped more abusive language on you in three months you - every bit fully justified by your conduct - than in over a decade within thousands of different people of participating in any such forums. Unless you believe pointing out someone is wrong when they are wrong is abuse. Or that some is being dishonest when they are being dishonest is abuse.

As for PMâ€™s - Hell yes I did after the moderators tried to keep the forum in the dark about what they were doing once they realized how little support they actually had for their actions. Initially it was all addressed right on the forum, but when it became obvious that the majority of the forums most popular and long-standing members were opposed it became a private matter not to be addressed on the forum.. So yes I was telling the forum what the moderators thought they had a right to know until they realized the forum wasnâ€™t supporting them.

So you deliberately lie and misrepresent facts and aren't man enough to make things right and that's the last word on this - or you really - for me.
