I'm going to respect Jayson here, but really that's not true.Big_G wrote:kingjayson1 wrote:Not at the moment Martin. Stop trying to pretend the problems are down to something else already.
Maybe the people who have used all these good financial numbers to cash in by selling shares are the c**ts here, if anyone is in fact a c**t..
I wasn;'t gong to go into this but we remind of a drunk who loses his job, his girl, his best mate, even his flat, and his relationship with his folks, but tries to come up with a different reason for each thing happening just who doesn't have to quit drinking..
There is ione root problem here - one critical difference in the way we conducted ourselves the last five years than how we did from 1998-2005, and that has impacted every other cuase for our decline you try to unearth.
Some of you may not want to talk about it but in that case maybe you don't really want things to get better. I guess calling the manager unjustified insults is better than trying to fix things. Just like for the drunk drinking is better than fixing his problems.![]()

the main burden is the stadium imo, big bill to pay affecting investment in the team

With Fabregas, Walcott, RVP and Verm this game could have been different but honestly they are just better.

They were talking about Liverpool and Jamie was saying they need to go out and buy and Souness completely disagreed with what he was saying and Jamie got all flustered and raised the voice a notch or twoGooner_Sam wrote:What happened?!kingjayson1 wrote:Is anyone watching Sky Sports? Men against Boys again.Chelsea were like a boxer lying on the ropes taking our pitty patty punches then coming off the ropes to knock us down twice. There was a stat in the 2nd half saying we had 62% possesion who fucking cares? we had one shot on target in the 2nd half.Who cares how much possesion we had its goals that count. No fucking plan B as usual when we go a goal down
We have seen the same thing for the last 2 years playing against Chelsea.Wenger hasnt got a fucking clue

I thought we played ok but out weakness was lack of shooting and poor defence *Clichy getting caught out quict a bit, SS18 having half a day off and Kos being average. I would say over the course of the game we was the better team BUT they did well on the break and knew how to work the gaps better.
The free-kick was just a hit and hope for fuck sakes, Alex never means to score - just look at his face after it goes in. But saying that when was the last time Van Perise scored a freekick?

definitely, he showed great promise last year, he was great, this year, he's getting lost trying to get involved in the attacking aspect when he's our DEFENSIVE midfielderYankee_Gooner_Dandee wrote:honestly there needs to be some basic defending practiced in training. song, wow. just terrible this year.

The worse bit for me is that Wenger is happy to have him bomb forward and leave gaps behind, or else he would've sorted him out by now.Big_G wrote:definitely, he showed great promise last year, he was great, this year, he's getting lost trying to get involved in the attacking aspect when he's our DEFENSIVE midfielderYankee_Gooner_Dandee wrote:honestly there needs to be some basic defending practiced in training. song, wow. just terrible this year.
thats one difference between us and Chelsea, Mikel stays back and protects the back 4, Song doesn't, they are defensively solid, we're not1989 wrote:The worse bit for me is that Wenger is happy to have him bomb forward and leave gaps behind, or else he would've sorted him out by now.Big_G wrote:definitely, he showed great promise last year, he was great, this year, he's getting lost trying to get involved in the attacking aspect when he's our DEFENSIVE midfielderYankee_Gooner_Dandee wrote:honestly there needs to be some basic defending practiced in training. song, wow. just terrible this year.
